Weapon firing rate value...

Hi, I'm looking to make the sniper rifle in my game have a magazine of five rounds (like the M24 rifle), but I'm not sure where to look for the firing rate value in the weapon.dat.

 

I changed the magazine value to 5, but the gun is firing a bit too quickly and I need to slow the firing rate down.

 

Any help on this, please?

Am not sure either, but for VC, there's a weapon editor of some sort, which edits every feature of individual weapon.

there are 2 sets of numbers...1 for standing and 1 for crouch

Great, thanks for that I like the sniper rifle to have five shots per magazine - it makes the helicopters easier to shoot down

to move faster when aiming edit the 1.0 to 1.5

to shoot faster: edit the 30 to a lower number (i like 7)

to shoot slower: edit the 30 to a higher numder
