High Empire question

I own all the empire sites and have completed all the missions for the different businesses except for robbery. It still says that robbery is unavailable to me. I know that you have to beat a type of business before you can make one, or at least the Bradygames guide says so. (Not that the Badygames guide has been right about anything else.)

 

I jumped to the east island and beat most of the businesss before the bridges opened. When I came over legally, there were only 3 Biker run sites left. I beat those, but I am guessing that none of them were robbery.

 

If I go off of the info about having to beat a robbery site before I can make a robbery site, then I need to know how to make the bikers attack my sites again and take them over. None of my sites have been attacked in quite a while.

 

Any thoughts?

you're screwed man. if you go to the second island before you're supposed to it can screw up a number of things including that. you'll just have to restart the game dude. sorry.

I've read somewhere,it was in this forum somewhere, but I forgot where, but anyway i've read that if you take over too many businesses on the east island before unlocking it (the island) legitimently, you can run into problems like this. For me, it was the "sharks" gang that had the robbery businesses and if you took over there properties early, that is probably why you can't get it. By the way, the strategy guide is right you do have to take over a robbery business to unlock that one (I just got this level today by this method.). Hope this helps.
