Is there anyway where you can start out with territories abled to be too ken over?? There is a Ballas Purple Mod, but that only changes your clothes to purple and it isn't relesed yet. 2)I am not too sure about this. There are many "San Andreas opened up" mods which could include this feature. I suggest you search for them.
