Best Rozay track ever:

Belaire running down the Rollie on her arm

Pinky ring six-hundred, what you know about it
I'm the champ, baby, Real Deal Holyfield
Got the bitches, want it dirty, went and bought the crib
25 mil, I'm doing 25-to-life
100 acres, keep my shooters all through the night
Every chandelier ran a nigga, one-mil
20 chandeliers motherf*cker who real
I just wanna show her what I live like
Wearing a white Birkin on a winter night
f*ck a Birkin, now she in the Bentley
That's when she went and tatted double M G
Now I ballin' deep, deeper than the rap
She give me brain she a mastermind to be exact
She a mastermind to be exact
I give her game and she give it back
Sip syrup so I f*ck slow, sip more I wanna f*ck more
Gotta grind 'till your eyes close,
Stay strapped 'till the trap close
They scream Maybach on the cell blocks
All my dawgs who used to sell blocks
They say the niggas in the jail talk
How your homies commissary fell off
What make it worse he get an elbows

25-to-life dead wrong on the cell phone

Mr XO killing it as always too, but that goes without saying haha.

A new Brockhampton track was uploaded yesterday, I don't know if anyone here is following them but I'm quite into their sound. They're getting ready to release the third album in a planned trilogy, with the other two only being released in the past few months.

Finished listening to Sat III a few hours ago, absolutely loved it especially the ending. Saturation trilogy was a wild ride.

chronic lumbago

Just got Eminem's Revival album. The cover art looks dope as f*ck, with eminem facepalming in the background of an american flag. Can't wait to give it a listen.

Also, Scarface released a lost tapes/cut content for his Deeply Rooted album, one of my favorite albums from last year. There's also Boosie Badass with a new project releasing today.

So yes, it's a damn f*cking good day today. Enjoy the weekend guys.

Having a hard time finding the songs on youtube, since they're already fake or copyright claimed.

Check out In Your Head, love that one.

Haven't heard everything yet, but it's pretty good so far. Gives me those Recovery/MMLP2 vibes. It won't go down as his greatest album but more Eminem is always good. I kinda like the rock n roll spin he's taking and he's f*cking fire on a trap beat too.

Pretty sure someone made a separate trap/crunk thread in the music section a while ago, go revive that. Here's some real modern sh*t for you.

Wow you weren't joking when you said real sh*t! It's modern but it sounds like 90's East Coast rap! Nice!

its not modern then is it? i love 90s east coast rap trust me some of my favorite rappers are from that era like big pun and big L but i dont want 90s east coast style rap from new rappers in 2017. that is the corniest sh*t ever its completely unoriginal these guys are literally imitating an era that they werent part of and yall praising it as real :lol: its the opposite of real.

also i hope all you guys are at least 30 or older because if you're like 20 and hating on your own generation then thats just sad and weird.

Nah if modern rappers are using the oldschool style, then that's dope! Coz there are still people out there (Myself, TwisT3R-HU, Mister Pink, Cosmic Gypsy, just to name a few) that still listen to oldschool rap on a daily basis. I'd love it if all rappers quit this mumble rap crap and went back to the oldschool style of things! It's not corny at all. Anyways, got an extremely underrated classic right here:

Something that happens to me is that even when they're not mumbling i just can't enjoy the beats, i've never liked that southern trap style and i don't think i ever will.

But hey i love oldschool so much that i'm one of those retards you can see on the street still wearing baggy clothes and i hope that style makes a comeback (not the clothes btw lol just the overall style of rap)

Mate, if something is made in 2017, it's modern. Are you seriously going to say Funk that sounds like it's from the 70's but is made in 2017 isn't modern? What you call "Modern Rap" isn't even Rap or Hip Hop, it's a whole new genre of brain dead sh*te that sounds nothing like Rap or Hip Hop, a genre of music cannot change so dramatically into something completely different. People making older sounding sh*t are actually making modern HIP HOP. People making crunk and trap should remove themselves from the Hip Hop/Rap name immediately. New generation of rap is brain dead by the way, only a fool would not hate on it. If anything people still making Boom Bap/G Funk/80's Style or just late 90's - mid 2000's underground type music is just a testament to how Boom Bap/REAL Hip Hop can stand the test of time as a genre. Modern Hip Hop, even though heavily influenced by Old School Hip Hop, still has it's own style and sound. As it's almost impossible to recreate the style the 90's had, and almost impossible to recreate the mixing as they mixed their music with analogue equipment instead of digital on computers. Hip Hops gone from a respectable, intelligent and creative poetry based performance over well sampled, jazzy beats into a pathetic mash up of childish simplistic mumbling where people can barely even talk over fish price toy beats. f*ck your modern sh*t cuz it has no merit.

No other genre has completely changed since it's birth, Funk, Rock, Folk, EDM, all these genres and respective sub genres still sound the same as when they were conceived and released on the scene. The only genre to change completely is Pop and that's only because it's totally dependent on current fashion (It actually stands for Popular Music). I can show you Jazz bands that, if recorded on 40's equipment, would sound like they're from the 40's, but they're really from 2017. When a Drum and Bass producer makes a DnB tune, it sounds like it's from 2005 even though it's from 2017. So why the f*ck should we let brain dead retard kids hi jack the Hip Hop/Rap culture that's been developed since the 70's when they should just make their own genre and leave us alone.

So yeah, like i said, go revive the Trap/Crunk thread and remove the term Hip Hop (or even Rap) from your life. I doubt you can even list me 5 elements of Hip Hop. Let's be honest, the typical modern rapper/fan doesn't even know that Hip Hop is a culture with other disciplines apart from RAP (Rhythm and Poetry) to take part in.

Rant over, f*ck Trap/Crunk/Drill and any other type of music that is brain dead with no skill.
