Instrumental EP from a couple of mad sick Chinese heads, Natural Doc and Jinsfake.

This is dope. I wish I could get an mpc or an sp.. :/

SP 1200's are stupid money and to be honest so are some MPC's, you can pick up a decent MPC though for just a couple hundred you just gotta look for the right model. MPC 1000 are fairly cheap considering how expensive they can get. Only problem is if you're gonna take that plunge into hardware production you need to start collecting vinyl samples as well, no point getting an MPC or SP or whatever when you're still ripping MP3's from YouTube. Hardware production takes a lot more dedication.

Danny is a god, hands down love his music and personality. Been listening since XXX. Thanks for whoever finally introduced him to the tread.

Inspectah Deck's verse is pure flames. I really wish he was as awesome on "Uncontrolled Substance." That album was kinda disappointing.

Still my favorite Wu Tang Clan member though.

Beautiful is the only word I can use to describe this song.

nice, but someone beat you to that sample unfortunately

I can't sample an already sampled song? :p

I downloaded the original sample "Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers - Stretching" a while ago and listened to it yesterday and decided to sample it.

@RJ some stuff I found that would be good to sample (but couldn't make work myself) were Lucio Dalla - Caruso, Don Rendell - Blue Mosque and Sun Ra - Enlightenment. All kinda jazzy funk songs that I dig and they'd most likely work well.

Some more Necro for the thread since he's sick as f*ck. Got that head bopping flow.

Some early DMX, Ja Rule, Jay Z, Jaz-0, and Black Child. Ja has a surprisingly good verse on here in my opinion. DMX and Jay Z killed it, though.

Classic Redman track.

Thanks, I'm a big Lucio Dalla fan. :^:

This song was definitely one of the highlights off the album. I think the album had a lot of filler. And that's the problem with double disc albums. I think it would've been a lot better if it all the filler was removed and it was just a one disc album. It's pretty disappointing compared to 36 Chambers.

Best song on the entire album.

I disagree. I love Wu-Tang Forever as much as I love 36 Chambers. Sure there is a few fillers near the end of the 2nd disc but it's still a classic imo and has some of my favorite Wu-Tang tracks.

anyone into grime? not exactly in the hiphop/rap category, i know some dont like it (f*ck off tommy) and it's probably abit hard to understand if you're not a brit but whatever loved this set since it came out, goes off at about 8:30 in and good vibes all around minus the DJ cutting it off when it gets too hyped

same here, theres some padding but wu forever is mostly fire all the way. ghosts verse on impossible is a top 5 ghost verse/story imo, itz yours, triumph, scary hours, re united..i could go on

i do remember this had one of the quickest turnarounds in public opinion, at first people were a bit jarred from the dustier style of 36 chambers to this album but it was only quick time before people started appreciating it

Maybe I just need to listen to it again. I also had the same problem with the Street's Disciple album. That album had a lot of filler and I felt as if it was dragging on. It was pretty disappointing compared to God's Son.

Also, speaking of Nas...

I was listening to Lifestyles Of The Poor And Dangerous today. Really enjoyable album.
