It's been a long time since I last posted on here, cool to see you guys are still keeping this topic alive! However, today I was listening to the latest A$AP Rocky song, "Everyday", which features Rod Stewart, Miguel and Mark Ronson. I really liked it, and, curiously, the song shares the same title (well, nothing special so far), and the same chorus, with the exact same words and rhythm of 2008's "Ogni Giorno" song by Italian Rap group Jagermasterz featuring Luca Marinelli. Here's "Everyday":

 

"Everyday I spend my time

Drinking wine, feeling fine

Waiting here to find the sign

That I can understand

Yes I am"

 

 

And here's "Ogni Giorno":

 

"Ogni giorno passo il tempo

Bevo vino, mi sento meglio

So I listened to Bush. I kinda recipricate what Pooyan said earlier. A lot of just sounds like the same song. The only one I've found myself whistling afterwards is 'So Many Pros''. The rap features felt out of place given that Snoop himself is singing for most of it. If he had actually dropped the rap entirely it might be a better than ok. I can see it being a good album to put on when you're travelling somewhere, it's sunny and the window is down, which is probably all it's supposed to be for.

 

Funnily, The Doggumentary came on straight after and Bush has made that album sound much better than I remember it being.

 

I hadn;t noticed that he slightly rejigs a beat from R&G in Doggumentary.
