Livestream is here, on NPR of all places lol.

Never been a big K.R.I.T. fan, but I see his potential. Stoked he's featuring Devin The Dude, E-40, Lupe, and Bun B. Giving the album a listen now.

'Mo Better Cool' by far my favorite track so far, pretty much what I expected.

I'm not a K.R.I.T fan neither, anyway i thought it'd be nice to post the revealed cover art.

But, wasn't it expected to come out on November 11th?

Mo Better Cool was nice, however.

The only album I'm really waiting for, is Street King Immortal (judging by released singles), which appears to be the next "Detox"!

I started listening to the K.R.I.T album as I was dozing off last night. Only got to the title track (trk 4) but that one was dope af.

I'm looking forward to Shady XV (Obviously). Guts Over Fear was dope and the new Slaughter House with DJ Premier is cool. (I'm not a massive SH fan tbh)

^ That was dope.

The projects I'm most anticipating right now are PRhyme and Sour Soul. BBNG's production is on point

@Kippers: I don't feel Shady Records' music lately. 'Guts Over Fear' was too pop to my taste; I didn't like it really. Perhaps that's because I actually hate Sia's voice.

However, when I remember Eminem's better days in past, i wish shady xv becomes a dope album.

It's nice to see we've got a month of big releases (and funny ones).

Cadillactica, The Art of Hustle & Shady XV. If you're a real Hip-Hop fan, let's hope Dick Toss and Dicky Minaj get f*cking disappointing low sales, and move outta Hip-Hop's mainstream.

Do y'all agree that we're missing real dope Hip-Hop like '2001', 'The Marshall Mathers LP', 'Get Rich or Die Tryin'', etc. I mean, nothing deserving "Classic" name has been dropping on recent years.

People have been falling in love with fake-ass guys like YM and MMG and nice rappers of years before, like D12 & Em, Dre, G-Unit, Slaughterhouse are no longer dropping real 'hits'.

G-Unit have dropped a couple of good hits lately with 'Watch Me and 'Changes' They've only just got back together and released one EP that only included six tracks but they are saying they have over 40 songs record which they are going to put out and another EP coming this month. I'm liking their new music, Kidd Kidd has grown on me as a rapper. I think people are just hating on him because he's new. Lloyd Banks is still the most underrated MC in the game, he's dropping Cold Corner 3 mixtape soon with a studio album after.

Heard Freddie Gibbs got shot at in NYC.

Yea, "The Beauty of Independence" dropped about two months ago as a surprise EP. 'Watch Me', 'I don't f*ck with you' and 'Changes' were dope songs. They're gonna drop a group Mixtape, and second half of album, "The Beast is G-Unit" is gonna come out before Christmas.

Also, '$treet King Immortal' is expected to come out at spring 2015, so, we're going to hear a lot of dope music soon.

BTW, I think me and you are only people who don't hate Kidd Kidd. I, myself, think he's a good rapper who's getting better everyday. He rocked on "The Beauty of Independence" EP.

I've read the news, too: Freddie Gibbs has got shot yesterday in NY.

Kidd Kidd and the whole Unit were awesome on that EP. The whole Unit sounded f*cking dope on Changes especially! The way Fiddy opened up the song just set the tone, you could almost hear the pain and anger in his voice towards Dre and Jimmy Iovine and whoever else has turned on him.

I'm not 100% sure if they are dropping a mixtape, Fiddy said recently he wants to put the music out with a couple of EP's then a full length studio album. I'm very excited with their releases, 50 with Street King Kidd Kidd should be dropping the 'f*ck da Fame mixtape soon, not quite sure what Buck is doing but he's been signing a few artists to G-Unit south/Ca$hville Records, Yayo might be dropping a solo album and like I said, Banks has a mixtape and an album on the way.

Wow Tommy your taste in music is awesome...i am also diggin Kidd Kidd, hes a great addition to G-Unit. I used to be a big 50 fan in 2002. I fell off after Curtis. But I still enjoy when G-Unit get together and drop some good sh*t. I just dont understand how 50 could let young buck back in after what he did and said. Oh well I guess 50 is a bigger man than I thought lol

50 is a Mixtape specialist, man. He has always been nice on Mixtapes. Just remember how "50 Cent is the Future" rocked the whole world.

Also, Tommy, about the news you told be 'bout the Unit, this is what each of them are actually doing:

1. The whole band: Recording last bits of material for 'The Beast is G-Unit'.

2. Again the whole band: They've recorded more than 60 songs and they're picking some for a Mixtape.

3. 50 Cent: Getting the "Street King Immortal" Album ready.

4. 50 Cent: Animal Ambition is gonna have a Second Volume, anyway we don't know when it is gonna drop.

5. Lloyd Banks: Working on "Cold Corner 3" Mixtape.

6. Lloyd Banks: He's working on a Solo Album.

7. Tony Yayo: He's working on a solo album. I don't know the name.

8. Kidd Kidd: He'll release "f*ck da Fame" Mixtape sometime soon.

BTW, G-Unit's not gonna drop a full length studio album this year. They had planned to release a LP, but split it into two EPs. The first was "The Beauty of Independence" and the second will be "The Beast is G-Unit".

I suppose the upcoming EP a nice one, cuz Watch Me and Changes have already made my days!

Check out the best Australian rapper MC Damo. He's a lyrical genius seriously.

http://youtu.be/_SjtxlfQAWQ

Here are some of my favourite rappers or rap groups, I'm into Underground Hip Hop:

Angry Mic

Damo

Jedi Mind Tricks

Army The Pharaohs

Outerspace

Tekneek

Diabolic

Eminems old stuff

K-Rino

Lyrical Commission

Snowgoons

ILL BILL

Necro

Vinnie Paz

R.A The Rugged Man

And heaps of others but that's all I can think of off the top of my head. I have a mate that is a really sick rapper too.

What you mean freezed? And oh okay, I am not like a huge fan or anything but I do enjoy their stuff. Fair enough you don't like them, they are good rappers though but meh it's not that great I guess.

I haven't followed anything G-Unit related since Before I Self Destruct. I keep hearing about them but just can't bring myself to listen even though my ears are much more mainstream friendly nowadays.

Only album close to "classic" from the past few years to me has been Kendrick's good kid, m.a.a.d city from 2012. Was surprised by how much I dug it.

That Slaughterhouse song is dope even though I'm starting to find Premo's style a bit repetitive at this point. He's had this great signature style for decades but I feel it's starting to get a bit generic.

I've finally heard to Kendrick Lamar's latest song, "i" - and I really enjoyed it. It kind of surprised me, the song itself has a little bit different style from his past works like "Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City", for example, but don't get me wrong, I've always been a big fan of Kendrick Lamar. I think that "i" transmits a lot of positivity to the listener, which is a good thing. Also, the

is well filmed. I'm looking forward to seeing what he has in store for the future!

Since we're talking of Rap on a GTA-related forum, one of the newest GTAV screens released these days showed us what it seems to be one of the added songs on West Coast Classics, so I thought I would share it here:

The song was originally spotted by GTAF member TheDeaconBosco here.

By the way, I've heard to the new The Game's song, "

". The song features Too $hort, Eric Bellinger, Problem, King Marie, and Compton AV. The video is exaggeratedly delirious, and I had a lot of fun watching it! However, what surprised me the most was the fact that it wasn't produced by Dr. Dre, but it was produced by Dre (of Cool & Dre) instead. Even Blood Moon: Year of the Wolf itself didn't feature Dr. Dre in any way, which is pretty strange since both the artists always collaborated together. Hope they didn't have a dispute with each other.

Since everyone is posting The Notorious BIG's songs, here's one of my favourite ones by him:

That's simply iconic!

Has anyone heard Atmosphere? I can't freaking believe I've slept on this group, guess I'll go bang my head against a table lmao. But seriously though, I'm getting into this group a lot now I watched a video of Dead End Hip Hop review 'God Loves Ugly' and I gave that a listen as well as 'Seven Travels' and 'Overcast'

I love this track here, just found out it was on Tony Hawks Underground 2.
