Come on now King, you was even looking at the topic when kippers originally posted that new Royce track. You agreed with my points about duplicated content, and now you do this? Of course such a thing is going to happen, but the current manner of which I find funny King.

Because you don't like old content King:

Also here is some Kanye beats from a beat CD that on old Interscope rapper received back in 2001: Disc 1, Disc 2 & Original Story. Some of the beats eventually became songs. I don't know exactly which, but as you can hear, Kanye came a long way.

Yes... very. I have people trying to find me music from today. I was called a butt-hurt old-school rap listener because of all the "hating" I do with "rappers" like Gucci, Waka, Lil' Boosie, I could go on and on with this sh*te we call music. I know a local guy who raps, I feel sorry for him (and told him so) because his influence was Gucci Mane. If we have Gucci Man influencing grown men to rap, the future for rap isn't really bright... thankfully, there is some really good sh*t out there.

i think u are over passing gucci's lyrical ability. he has quite a diverse vocabulary.

the problem with rap in England is that it's only ever mainstream (Eminem and such) which I have no problem with, but it doesn't help that most fo the released tracks from Recovery were shouty, and alot of rap just sounds generic. Recovery is a dam good album if you look pst the 'filler', same with Paper Trail by TI, yeah some of it was filler mainstream, but he's got a hell of a voice, and his lyrics are on par, it's just a shame that Chris Moyles only plays whats 'cool' and 'hip'.

apparently Tyler The Creator got airtime last night on Radio 1, which is a rarity for American unknowns to get played, so the one thing I'm dreaded, same has happened with Dre, is that I'll go back to college and everyone will be listening to Yonkers because it's new to them, and they'll try and act like they've been life long fans and such. it happened with Dre a month or so back, then I played Straight Outta Compton and people told me it wasn't Dre...no because it's f*cking NWA, of which Dre was a part of. I hope Tyler doesn't end up like Eminem has to D12, more commercially successful than OFWGKTA, as a collective they are great, I mean obviously it wasn't Eminem's intention to be more popular than D12, but nobody knows who Proof, Bugz, Kuniva, Swift and Bizzare are anymore, they just worship Eminem because he seems 'cool'.

Here is another Game leak, and yep, it's Pot of Gold ft Chris Brown. It was only an amount if time. Pretty dope, but it doesn't live up to the hype if I'm honest. Either way, I'm truly excited on how R.E.D. could turn out. Game lyrically is at his peak.

There's a guy on the thisizgame forums that has been posting about, and with the amount of liars and fakes it was very had to be believe the legitimacy of his claims. But he did say Pot of Gold was a lyrically chilled-out track with a guitar, as well as posting the hook's lyrics. Which all matched up. Although I still have my suspicions, as up until now he had only listed tracks we all knew about, and when Only One leaked, he said he knew about that as well, yet he didn't have it in the list of tracks he knew about. But I will be keeping my eye on the forums nonetheless. There have been others in the past who have had their claims match up to actual events/songs, so it could be down to luck. But it does seem that the actual material from R.E.D. is no secret.

Man, these people are going to mess with R.E.D.... panic.gif

Shout. When I talk to girls about Eminem they're like "oh he's great I love him"

"yeah, Marshall Mather LP is sick isn't it? Eminem Show as well, not quite as much"

"What, you mean Recovery?"

"No, Marshall-"

"Never heard it"

*facepalm*

Mainstream is pretty lame, including Eminem. His older works are a million times better anyways.

read a interview and it seems Tyler The Creator (I believe all of OFWGKTA) sound fancy to signing with 'Interscope Records' as long as he has "100 percent creative rights" to his music. I believe I have heard that from all artist, who are underground, and get signed. Only time will tell, the latest victim to fall from this was Lupe Fiasco, we(I) seen whatta joke his album was with AR.

Tyler the Creator is a pretty eccentric character, I doubt he will forget his homies to pursue a solo career. Of course he will be more popular, and I hate when I check facebook and all these indie hipsters are posting Yonkers vids/lyrics and saying sh*t like "Free Earl" and "OFWGKTA", but they don't even listen to any other hip hop artists. I've grown to call these people "Post-Yonkers Fans" because they discovered Tyler through the hit song and barely know anything about the rest of Odd Future. Most of them are posers and don't even understand half the references in the song, but some people with taste/appreciation for hip hop just happened to discover Tyler when he got famous a few months back.

Oh man, I loved that Fresh Prince of Bel-Air word play he worked with. The dude is a genius and it is really scary considering he is only f*cking 19 years old with this type of lyrical power, and the funny thing is is that most of the sh*t most of us has heard was written a few years ago, when he was possibly 16-17. Just amazing.

The rest of Wolf Gang isn't bad at all, especially Mellow Hype, but Tyler The Creator has the stage presence and the talents to have this rap game in the palm of his hand in a few years. Especially if we see Dre or even Eminem work with him.

I just don't think all those Odd Future peeps are that good. A few songs I thought were decent, but most of the stuff I've heard just doesn't do it. The best stuff imo was from Earl, but he's not around anymore. Most of their beats sound like sh*t too.

They can get a crowd full of white boys going though.

I think they come across as genre-confused. the beats are hip hop beats, no doubt about it, but the lyrics are...some of them you'd expect from a punkish band. which I like, but it's understandable people not being too hot on OF, given they fact they are kinda abstract, you can't compare them to anyone hardcore like Ice Cube, mainstream RnB like Drake or even mainstream rap like Lil Wayne. they a conglomerate of music with the influences rooted in hip hop.

and yeah, us white boys love crazy hip hop wink.gif

the beats are hip hop, but they suck.

They are working their asses off though and Tyler will definitely makes some money. He's got the motivation and drive.

You can listen to and download the tape for free on datpiff, but it is well worth the $1 on e-Junkie ($5 CD) if you are feeling generous. There is some fire on the tape, especially the Denuan Porter beats (I like that he expanded on the On Fire beat).

Joe Budden is planning to release Mood Muzik 4.5 which will include 5 more songs on top of the original, but it is not available to pre-order just yet. Link w/ Artwork

Don't like shouty Eminem with D12, doesn't gel with everyone else's flow. Luckily it's only 1 song....Nowadays he just feels like an add on because he's had nothing to do with the group, in the public eye, for a long time.

It's good to hear some of those Proof flows. 1994 and going hard. RIP

Aah sh*t, Slaughterhouse ft Ludacris Snippet [Fast & Furious 5 Soundtrack]

Just saw it on the KanyeToThe forums. I'm not too keen on the beat, it sounds too radio/dance focused for my liking, but it is for Fast & Furious 5. Joe Budden is finally nailing the faster paced rapping style though.
