I'm sooo stupid. I had prepared to go to the Game concert today but as I went to get a ticket only to find out that they are finished... Too late... TOO late. I'm gutted, really am I!

I feel your pain. I've missed his concert twice now (London). Last year when he did the 02 I was oblivious to it, and this year I was out of the country when he was at Hammersmith Appolo, shame as it looked like a good show:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can't believe I missed it . Say what you want about the whole 'F*ck Jay-Z' thing, Game sure knows how to get the crowd entertained and involved.

My friends went to the concert but those backstabbers didn't tell me about it. From what I heard as soon as Game came to perform he started again with his "f*ck gay-z" crap. I guess I would just be quiet if I had been there, I pay my respect to Jay even if he is unaware about it...

Yeah, he's been doing it at every concert since the beef. I have nothing against Jay either, but would I say 'F*ck Jay-Z' at a Game concert? Probably .

I think The Game is really out of line. Believe me, I've tried listening to his first few albums, but they aren't really that good: every song he makes sounds the same.

 

What gets on my nerves is how he always reminisces about old school hip hop and how great it was, but his tracks do not emulate or show this influence at all...they all sound like every other song out there today.

 

Also, he always has something to complain about or start whether it's G-UNOT or some chilidish beef. I cannot stand G-Unit so I should really agree with The Game, but this whole G-UNOT business is only stooping to their level with silly chants and the like.

 

But most of all, while I know Jay-Z is far from the greatest rapper to grace the face of the Earth, he has a huge history, big business background and a strong relationship with legendary artists from Big L to Busta Rhymes...so who does The Game think he is trying to step to the man he can't even hold a candle to?

The Game wants more attention so he can sell more albums. Why he chose Jay-Z, IDK. He might've even paid Jay-Z to do this whole beef together, or conspired to make beef with each other so they both sell albums.

The Game is whack. Please, he put a butterfly tattoo over his tears and claimed that it was a new beginning. Then, he took it off because everyone called him gay for it. Do you not think that is enough ground to write him off as someone to be taken seriously? I do. And can the Game really stack up against Jay? No. Seriously, you can put any one CD in Jay's collection against all mixtapes and albums the Game has put out and he still can't stack up against Jay. The Game turned into 50, starting beef for publicity.

Company Flow. I've been digging this pretty hard lately, it's all I listen to when I work out. Whole album is great.

Have been listening to Funcrusher Plus on regular rotation for over a decade now and i still love it as much as the first time I listened to it.

 

It is the defining album of my relationship with Hip Hop.

 

Collude/Intrude is in my top 10 songs of all time.

Wow, allot of hate for the Game around here, but I can understand that. I admit, he's very bi-polar and does these crazy decisions. But I like his music allot, and that's why his my favourite (rapper). I'm not trying to insinuate that he is near the best, on the contrary. He is no where near some other rapper's levels, but I like his music, and that's what matters to me at the end of the day.

 

I don't support the whole Jay-Z beef thing either, but I find the whole 'F*ck Jay-Z' thing catchy. But I think that's because I don't take it seriously. I think Game was allot better pre Dre and 50 though, and he says that his flow is similar to that in his new album so I'll be looking forward to see that. There are really some great Game tracks though with allot of purpose and quality, you've just got to look for them (Bang Along,

,

).
