Someone from College has been lsitening to this album almost non stop on his iPod the past few days and told me about them today.

 

Eyedea and Albilities.

 

I'm really liking their E&A album, especially the beat entitled 'Now'

Guys I need some help finding out the title of a track.

 

I used to have this track, but I lost it and now really want to listen to it but I can't remember the name !

 

It's Chicano rap, has a smooth oldies type beat, and from what I remember, it was either by Hi Power Soldiers or Mr.Criminal (could be wrong). I remember some lyrics:

 

"Scraping bumpers on the black (?) top, riding's a tradition we just can't be stopped"

 

"Just remember no matter where I go/roll I put it down"

 

I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks guys .

Agree. 50 definitely has got skills as a rapper, the only problem is. Money has got him greedy and he no longer cares about his music. He just makes what sells. I mean listen to some of his songs from "Guess Who's Back?", some great songs like Life's on the Line, Too Hot (with Nas and Nature) and the Stretch Armstrong freestyle.

 

I have a feeling 50 is returning to make proper music because not so long ago he made some song with Premo on the beat. The beat is amazing but him lyrically is nothing special. Anyone looking for it... it's called "Shut Your Bloodclot Mouth".

I though I'd just give another update for Game fans out there:

 

 

To be honest, it's good but not great. And definitely not up to standard with L.A.X, a mixtape maybe? Although rappers end up making so many average-sh*t songs (100-200) when recording an LP before they find that one good joint. It's just how it goes. That, and the fact it's not mastered.
