easter egg in ps2 version

in the psp version if you swim under the boat at bayshore 101 youll see a sign that says "nothing to see here" (with a smiley)

 

well i decided to try it in the ps2 version and i went undr the boat and it said

"i wasnt joking- there really is nothin to see here, but go in the vcn building"

 

i went in the vice city way (the one with the actuall easter egg) and i seen the 12 smiley(it is even though it says 11 because the boat one has a smiley.

how come the one with the # 11 can't be the 11th smiley, and the one under the boat can be considered the twelth?

or are you going by the way they were found. in which case, none of the smileys were found in order so it would be like the 7th is actually the first (even thoughit says 7) the 8th is actually the 2nd (even though it says 8) the 5th is actually the 3rd (even though it says 5) etc... etc...

 

BTW there is already a topic for this, and almost everybody knows how to get to the egg

Lol, I remember when I got VCS a few days ago I tried to jump in the window to see if the egg was there but the window was solid, Smart thinking R*, putting the egg one window to the left.

Everyone knew about this as well, just check the topic.

 

And I agree with Vett, the boat should be considered the 12th, if it's even considered as one at all. The way I see it, the ten, now eleven, smilies are one easter egg, and the sign under the ship is a seperate one.
