I've heard that it can be found 'heading into the tunnel by the Shoreside Vale hideout at 17:00... Has anybody seen it? Bartleby Posted March 12, 2007 Share Posted March 12, 2007 (edited) You're usually bound to find a Mr. Whoopee if you wait outside Catalina's mansion on Shoreside Vale. It seems every time I try it, one goes by at least once in a day. The chances of finding one on other islands is extremely low, however. I've spotted one on Staunton only maybe two or three times, and I don't think I've ever seen any on Portland (with the obvious exception of the mission "I Scream, You Scream). A Mr. Whoopee will eventually appear aflame for you to steal and take to the garage (once you've extinguished the fire, of course). I rarely see them any place else so this seems to be the easiest way for me. I've seen criminals driving them while completing the Vigilante mission, also. stef_92 Posted May 21, 2007 Share Posted May 21, 2007 Listen carefuly!!! Mr Whoopee can be found in 3 places: Chinatown, Saint Mark's and Cedar Grove ! Yes, I know that it's too hard to be found, but it can be only in this three areas! So if you want to have Mr Whopee for the I/E garage you can have it in the mission 'I scream, you scream' . It is simple: just when you get to atlantic quays dont wait the mafie to get in the van! Get out and kill them with a weapon and you can drive the mr whoopee in the garage! Just get next to him, pause the game, then un-pause it and then the driver will get out, letting you easily kill him and steal his Mr. Whopee.
