Missing Horseshoe in Las Venturas ?

Hey guys,

I recently just spent time gathering all the hoseshoes in Las Venturas that are marked on various GTA San Andreas Horseshoe location maps, including SAM MAP.

 

I was able to collect 49 of the horseshoes, however was NOT able to collect the 50th one. It is the one marked on many maps as #9. You can see which one I am talking about HERE.

 

While collecting the horseshoes, I systematically collected them, and then marked the ones I collected on the map with a red X so I wouldnt loose track of the ones I HAD collected and the ones I had not yet.

 

When I initially came across #9 and could not find it, I continued on with the others in the meantime.

 

I then started the mission where you get the jet pack and have to land on the train and kill the guards and get the green goo...actually I believe thats the name of the mission "Green Goo".

 

Anyway, since I had the jet pack, I figured that would be a great opportunity to be able to get all the hoseshoes considering the locations of alot of them, on top of buildings etc.

 

Needless to say...it worked out GREAT to use the jet pack.

 

However, #9 horseshoe just is NOT there...and I cannot complete the horseshoe mission. And trust me, I have been ALL over that area looking for it.

 

Is there something I am missing here or what ? Maybe its underground in a train tunnel or something?

 

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated guys...ill be monitoring this post waiting for replies.

Hahahah, it's so amusing someone is having the same problem I did!

 

Yeah, the horseshoe is under that place, on the train tracks. Just follow the tracks to the city from Sobell Railyards and you should spot it in the middle of the underground tunnel.

 

When I was collecting my horseshoes, I looked in EVERY spot of those apartments that are on top of the place, trying to see if I missed something. Then I heard the train, and I was like "F*CK, THERE IS A TRAIN TUNNEL DOWN HERE!". And there it was xD

Got it first try but I did use the book and actually read the number and aquired them in order and so on.....Because I know that if I don't I will have to waste even more time looking for them......I figured that out in GTAIII and I won't make the mistake of not doing it the way I do now because I have learned my lesson. Learn it. Or be sorry you haven't. There are a few of those well hidden ones in every "Quest for the thingy List" in GTA games.

kk, thank you for the feedback brother, ill go snatch it up right now...I am now tired as hell with f*ckin with this hoe Helena Wankstein the gun byootch. Im tellin ya...first I had to loose my muscles and turn myself into a gimp that gets sand kicked in his face just to START dating her ass.

 

And now everytime i pick her up on a date the stupid bitch wants to go eat, and EVERY place I have brought her so far she talks sh*t about how she didnt like the food. Well, I just finished a date with her and littlerly SMACKED THE sh*t out of her with the flowers I had picked up for her. LMAO

 

I have seriously brought her to all the fast food places and diners in a 100 mile radius...I mean really...shes a f*ckin farm slut...she SHOULD like chicken...no ?

Yea, yea, it's actually fun. I did spend too much time looking for it, but it's not like I was pissed off to the point I was about to throw my computer eight floors down or anything xD

Well I had a similar problem: one missing oyster. I must've checked all over the map a dozen times.

 

In the end I used a trainer to get them all. Then one reappeared in my game, I collected it, and ended up with 51 oysters. Weird.

Hmm, While we're on the subject...I have 2 save files (Ps2), one for massive cheats and the other for real but with less unnecessary cheats, On the one where I cheated all over the place, no oysters collected and I was exploring the 'Ghost World' and on the map it showed I was down in the warehouse at the docks, (the one at the very bottom) and I came across an oyster. So I got curious and decided to try it on my other save file, but once I reached near or somewhat close to it, I came to an invisible wall, no oyster I could find only an AK-47 and Armor. Would it of been possible to collect horseshoes/oysters/ect. all over again?
