Making a normal car an ambulance

Can anyone tell me how to covert a normal van or car into an ambulance or police car!

all the stuff that is specific to the emergency vehicles, is hardcoded. if you have a van model you want to use as an ambulance for example, then you need to replace the ambulance ingame, with your vehicle. the siren/horn/lights cannot be changed, save for the light color which requires a special program to be used while your playing the game.
