The size of the image is bang-on. But with the text at the top it makes it too large. Remove the text and jobs' a good 'un.

Before I added the text it had red in the green banner, so It may not work, but I dont see the harm in it anyway, its a reasonably sized sig.

There is no red. Use Firefox instead of IE.

That's a minor bug, and doesn't indicate your sig is oversized. It's actually "500x150" now that you've removed the text, which is within the rules and should be enabled.
