They were working on it months before San Andreas was released it is the same with all games. does that mean that sometime soon they'lll start GTA V? Only if they dont develop a sub series around GTA4 like they did to GTA3. Only if they dont develop a sub seriesaround GTA4 like they did to GTA3. That's what they're gonna do, most likely.
