well, the hydra can be obtained by parking it in your hanger at the start of "military service". And i know that you get one in the mission "verticle bird". But does it spawn anywhere else other than the aircraft carrier near san fiero?

Also, can you actually fly the andromeda listed in that vehicle master list? where the hell is that thing hiding?

If you play the mission Vertical Bird, the Hydra will spawn at the airstrip in the desert. After that mission one will spawn at the aircraft carrer in San Fierro and two will spawn in area 69. If you have completed the game and got 100% than there will spawn an Hydra on top of Sweets house in the grove.

 

As far as the Andromeda, it doesn't spawn in the game. It only appears in the missions Stowaway and A Home in the Hills. You can obtain one by using cheatdevices such as vehiclespawners or the N00bMode.
