This is bad for your character.He must have "nervous system" too ,just as all peds.So you`ll die very easy,fall from 10 meters and you`re dead,near an explotion you`ll fly like a bird and instantaly die,someone shoots you with 2 bullets in the head and you`re dead.

Not necessarily. Yes, the protagonist might fall realistically, but he could just get up like nothing happened, only with a shorter health bar. wink.gif

Probably that`s the sollution...But the player should be = with the peds.

Edit:after player has falled from 30 meters he`ll walk away like nothing happened?

dontgetit.gif Err... what? The way it is now, the peds only take a few punches before they die. Would you really like the protagonist to be the same?

 

As for the 30 m drop - that's like a 10-storey building. Surely the protagonist should take major damage, but not necessarily die. The "like nothing happened" part referred to the animation and all that - i.e. show realistic falling-and-hitting-the-ground animation, after which the player will just (slowly) get up and you can continue playing (unless you were short on health before the fall, in which case it will probably be fatal).

San Andreas was fine with that kind of thing. I think really huge drops should kill you but small ones shouldn't, pretty self-explanatory.

Now you've really lost me... You did say that in your opinion "the player should be = with the peds". In other words, the protagonist shouldn't be any stronger/weaker than the pedestrians.

Well, in the current GTA games the peds do die "fast" (it's easy to kill them), so...

then the character should die as the peds after taking a small amount of damage
...you'd like the protagonist to be easy to kill, too.
