Wheel modder (yeh..i know)

I havnt posted here in years and dont know where else to post this...but iw as wondering if anyone knows where i can find the manual install tutorial for wheel modder v3

Do you have the Vice City Mod Manager? (VCM/VCMM?)

 

If not, get it + install it.

 

If so, unzip the wheel modder thing, and find the .vcm file.

Copy/cut+paste that into C:/Program Files/VCMM/mods/vcm

(unless you changed that directory)

 

Then open up VCMM, and double click/click on + click install the wheel modder.

 

 

 

However... It should come pre-loaded with VCMM
