MAx payne 3 -no word from any1.twisted metal wtf is with it?Sillent hill heal yeah i want a new sillent hill ,Dino Crysis anybody remembers that game from psone.IT had the old resident evil camera and it was cool.Godfather 2 is it announced.Yakuza 2 coming to europe and US? dead or what? SIP YEK NOD Posted February 23, 2007 Share Posted February 23, 2007 they should make a good red faction 1 sequel. red faction 2 with its limited geo-mod thing totally sucked. thats what made the first one so fun anybody remember the multiplayer level with the 2 fortresses accross a valley(not the one with the sniper like perchs, although that one was fun too). that was so much fun, and after all was said and done, there was barely any building left, unless somebody decided to use up memory by digging themselves a saddam hole. oh, and tunneling through that one indoor level, so awesome. as for twisted metal...it just got f*cking old. it would be nice to see a new vigilante 8, but twisted metal, i still have twisted metal black for ps2, and that is enough Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I remember the level with the massive stone bridge in the first Red Faction and if you blew a gap in each side the bridge would drop down...and you could walk through it. It's called Silent Hill Origins, don't know much about it but by the name it sounds like a prequel to the first one. R* Handed over SOE over to DC Studios who cocked it up with SOE2 so that series is dead. Vanzant Posted February 25, 2007 Share Posted February 25, 2007 Well let's see, I loved Red faction. I have a copy but sadly, I can't play it since I only have a PS1 controller at the moment. ( you HAVE to have a PS2 paddle) I never got to play the second one. Resident Evil? I gave up on that series after I wasn't impressed with the way it went with the story. To me it started to get absolutly ridculous after Code Veronica. Silent Hill was badass until "The Room" came out. I just didn't like it. It was interesting yes, but maybe they coulda just called it something completly else. I also can't wait until Duke Nukem ever comes out. I liked all of them. I thought the first person view worked better though. But I still liked the 3rd person view games. How about Parasite Eve? I played the first one over 30 times and I never got bored of it's story and the cutscenes were beautiful. I f*cking hated the 2nd game, I don't care what anyone says, it sucked compared to the first one. If they made the 3rd one like they did the first one i'd be excited to get it. What I really want, yet I know we will never see, is Donkey Kong Country 4 as a sidescroller for the Wii. I think Rareware was sold so it's a no go. They were even slightly better than the old school sonic games. i installed JJR2 over the half term, it only took me like 3 hours to complete but it was a fun 3 hours. Crokey Posted March 2, 2007 Share Posted March 2, 2007 Last I heard was that Sam Lake the guy behind the Max Payne games was going to finish off Alan Wake and then he was going into talks with Film company about doing a Max Payne film with a tie-in to a game, using the technology used in Alan Wake to make a semi-interactive Film/Game?!?, almost making it like a cross between Final Fantasy and Sin City but using real actors as computer models.
