Mizkaa
Hi! I've got a little problem. I just bought the new Windows Vista and it's great and San Andreas runs with no problems at all. Just wanted to ask if anyone knew any screenshot-taker programs that would work on Windows Vista. I've tried a couple of them, like the best on Windows XP called Free EjoyShot, and some random commercial programs too. I really hope that someone can help me sort this out soon! doubleht
Hi Mizkaa, I can't really help you but: I was just wondering if you had to do anything special in particular to get SA to run on Vista, Because I have recently purchased one too, But SA doesn't seem to work. When I start the game, there are loads of flashing numbers and letters on the screen, I could play but It blots out over half the screen, not good when your trying to play multi-player. Feedback appreciated, DoubleHT
Mizkaa
I did have to do somethings to get SA working properly on my Vista. You will have to disable Aero -effect. Here is quide to do that: To Enable or disable Aero: 1. Right-Click on a blank area of desktop 2. Select Personalize from the context menu 3. Click Window Color and Appearance Option 4. Here you can check if you want to Enable Transparency or not. 5. You can also disable the whole aero glass theme from here. Just click the Open classic appearance properties for more color options link. 6. Select a non-Aero theme and click OK. And if I remember right, that is the only thing you need to do. Hopefully this helped you.
Mizkaa
Okay, I found program that works myself. If you want it too go to www.fraps.com. Great program!
Blackadder.
I heard Gamecam is a good alternative to fraps, although please don't post in hugeass letters, it's annoying
