bigsky07 Posted February 21, 2007 Share Posted February 21, 2007 I am stuck on boomshine blowout and blow up everytime while trying to retrieve the last crate. I know I have to keep trying but I want to take a break from it and try another mission but is doesn't show any other missions(letters). Does that mean that I have to beat boomshine to get any additional missions? I know this probably sounds stupid but I am about ready to chuck the game! Not only is it true, but it is outright necessary you are PERFECT on this mission to pass it. I'll agree they made this one just a little too difficult. But don't chuck the game! I left it alone, went back to it the next day, figured out the path i needed to take (which is necessary given the awkward camera angle you play with and how tough the driving can be form the norm in this mission), failed once more, tried again knowing the right way to go and badda-bing, i was passed it and on to other missions. Sometimes when I'm stuck on a mission for a LONG time, I take a long break to cool down. Sometimes I play again in another 4 hours, do something else until the next morning, or even play the other GTA's for a week. This one took me about four goes, and it's really hard to get back into it straight away after failing once or twice. I gave it a night and hit it the next day with renewed vigour. Worked a charm.
