Hell No..
Now, I know nothing about them to be honest. But are they that different to look at than a PC? Spec wise? We are going to be moving soon and the PC is being sold which is quite gay, so I think I may need a Laptop. Doing Photography jobs , I need something I can use for Photo editing, and things like Music, Video, and possibly Internet. And above all, the cheaper the better! Thanks. I'm on Twitch! Are you? Kaj.
I can honestly say that Toshiba notebooks are some of the best quality machines if you take care of them. I've had the same Toshiba for the past 5 years, and the only issue is a fan that can get somewhat noisy sometimes, and a hinge that is getting a little shoddy from a small drop that happened a year ago. But aside from those two issues, this thing is still running as good as the day I got it. Go to your local Best Buy (or equivalent) and look at their Toshiba notebooks. Quality stuff. Fozzy Fozborne
Another little bit of advice, make sure you know what you want. Especially the graphics card and CPU (opening your case voids your warranty) The RAM, hard drive and optical drive can be upgraded.
riccbhard
You might want to try looking around on TigerDirect, they have some good deals on laptops. As stated above, in a laptop, only the RAM (Memory), Hard Drive, and Optical Drive can be upgraded.
