Flashing NUMBERS & LETTERS

Hi,

 

I seem to have his bug where when I enter GTA, there are a load of Flashing NUMBERS, LETTERS & SYMBOLS on the screen, blurring out some parts of it.

 

I Cannot stand it...

Is anyone familiar with this or knows what to do?

YESS!!! I have the exact same problem with my friends computer.... I read somewhere that you need to disable the Aero effect (what makes the windows glassy and clear) in the properties menu when you right click. Pick a new theme that is not Aero.

 

However, while it did work for others, it did not work for me :'( So I am still searching as well....

 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
