Now I am not accusing anyone specific of doing this but it is just something to remember before getting you grey matter and more red than pink.....OK? That creepy little girl had better not be in my game or I am gonna get miffed! If there aren't any children in the game fine. No Schoolyards with crosswalks or twelve year old ganstas, great. But in future games if there are kid peds I hope you can't get rid of the 5 star level you attain for hitting a kid by using the payNspray......Instant death sentence. That would make steering clear of an area different. Especially if they bring AI SWAT Snipers into it. If that freak shadow/ghost/polygiest/whatever is ever in a GTA game then they better include an Exorcism option so you can hire services....... They really need to make it possible to call others on the phone...Pizza delivery, Girl friends could visit, You could have your home boys and home girls show up at your place or drive out to where ever you are calling from.
