RidingHigh Posted February 19, 2007 Share Posted February 19, 2007 Here's the way I get the Pheonix without cheating... Go to the race menu at Wang Cars in San Fierro, start the last race(Would be the longest one) and when it starts you'll be in the Pheonix, simply drive it to one of your garages, park it and walk away. When the race quits itself you can go back and it will be sitting in your garage. You can gather a whole bunch of them that way, load up the garages. I just keep one I use for dates with Michelle.
