Mike0
Rockstar Begins Manhunt 2 Marketing Campaign Submitted by Scott Goldberg on February 15, 2007 - 10:25am. Manhunt2 logo London - Rockstar Games, the development division of Take Two Interactive, and the creator of the Grand Theft Auto series, has begun marketing the sequel to the violent game Manhunt. Envelopes containing two bloody medical bracelets and a letter were sent to game reviewers. The letter reads: “Enclosed are Danny Lamb and Leo Kasper's ID bracelets found discarded after last night's incident. This is the only potentially damning evidence we have found so far. I trust every possible precaution will be taken to ensure that any records relating to these patients are destroyed. “We are all too aware that both subjects pose a highly serious threat to society, let alone the very existence of ‘The Project.’ Both patients suffer severe psychotic episodes characterized by intense paranoia, involuntary psychotic reactions, delusional hallucinations and acute schizophrenic disorders. “We HAVE to track them down.” - Dr. Whyte Manhunt 2 is due to be released this summer. I think the same kind of marketing will happen for GTA4 (some kind of next-gen marketing). It sure will be interesting. Rockstar are full of surprises. -/TNT\-
That sounds like an interesting publicity stunt. Dunno what they'll send when time comes for GTA4 though.

cold fusion 33
i just have a question: Is manhunt (oringinal) a free roaming game or do you just do missions and stuff? Also can you drive vehicles?
uzi 9mm
No, it's not a free roaming game, not in any way. It's structure is levels, each level is in a reasonable sized map and you have to make your way through each level. Let me say that even if Manhunt was a free roaming game it wouldn't really appeal to the meaning of the game, the fun is killing the enemy in the most gruesome ways possible. You can't drive any vehicles.
Kippers
Are there any pictures of what the envelope and the contents look like? The way it's been described it sounds like some people would freak if that just randomly appeared at their door. 習うより慣れろ

darthYENIK
Enclosed are Danny Lamb and Leo Kasper's ID bracelets found discarded after last night's incident. This has some multiplayer implications. At least to me. It would be cool to play co-op, and co-ordinate kills.
