LC-MP Server Not Annoucing

Alright I know you are probably thinking this is VC-MP not LC-MP but they do work on the same server way...So I decided this would be a appropriate place to post.

 

Basically we are trying to start a LC-MP 0.3x server on the VCK server. We finally got it running and it seems to be working alright..Except it is not announcing or showing up on Internet list.

 

If I add it to my favorites...The IP is 66.199.227.242:5195 it works good will show up. Just does not announce.

 

We also ran the announce script and didn't work...We also are running on linux.

Might be a simple file permissions problem, if you we can talk about this on irc.
