Nic731 Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 i just reached the flying school and passed the first 2 missions, but for the 3rd one i take off but cant acctually reach the hight i need to, i start going up normally but then when i get to a certain point it sounds like the engine cuts out and i start going down even though im pressing x. how do i fix this? im sure im taking off properly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
gillies Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 Have you been raising the landing gear when you take off. Leaving the wheels down usually makes the engine cut out when you are trying to climb at the start of these tests. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Master-Of-GTA Posted February 19, 2007 Share Posted February 19, 2007 Yeah, I play SA on PC, and I had the same problem. After about 15 minutes of trying, I READ, yes, I READ, the instructions and found out you have to put the landing gear up. I believe that you press the R3 button to do this on PS2.
