I need to capture a short scene from the game, and FRAPS captures based on what DX is drawing on the screen. There are other programs I can use if this is not the case with GTA1, but if anyone can clear this up before I hunt down my disc (the free d/l from R*, backed up...somewhere), it'd be pretty swell.
