evilrex Posted February 16, 2007 Share Posted February 16, 2007 I have a problem replacing sounds using the gta3 Audio Editor program ( http://www.gtagaming.com/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=573 ), each time I try to replace a sound and then rebuild, a error pop-up says "I/O error 103." and then the whole program crashes...
