Weird PCJ-600 bug

Whenever I try to get on the pcj-600 the bike gets invisible and CJ is all mangled. I can only turn in half circles and jump around.

 

It happened before, but I thought it was a mod problem. However I reinstalled my game and didn't touch any of the bikes.

 

Whenever I spawn a pcj, it just looks normal, but neither I nor peds can drive it without crashing.

Also, I don't have sound except for when I am just standing still with the bike. All other bikes just act normal, but not the PCJ.

 

I know there are more people with this problem, but does anyone have a solution for it?

 

My Specs:

-Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)

-NVIDIA GeForce 7500 LE (512mb)

-Pentium® Dual CPU 3.40GHz

-1gb RAM
