For example: Leviathan, News Maverick, Seasparrow Those are civilian I think, except the Leviathan. You'll Never Walk Alone I really hate to point this out but it is possible to HiJack an Andromeda out of the air. Very difficult it is but it can be done and occasionally they are flying overhead(they have four engines) yet the method of aquiring one is multifacetted including the need of a Hydra. The FBI Truck ....I dunno where to get a News Chopper either. Wait No that's not right, either cuz I believe you can get one of those from an airport race./ So the FBI Truck and any of the vehicles that are more like buildings and terrain that are not made to opperate. Use a spawning tool and spawn the vehicles with these IDs: 441 459 464 465 501 505 564 601 These are the vehicles I listed in my answer.459 is Berkley's RC Van it's individual vehicle if you meant that, but if you meant the model I think you are right the at least the dff is the same. 489 is the regular Rancher and 505 is the Rancer (Lure) I was talking about. See for yourself man Anyway here's the next question: Give me the numbers and the names of all characters that can only be seen during the cutscenes (not in the action sequences or during gameplay). In other words those who don't have ped models and can't be spawned using a trainer or something. Example: Sweet is not only seen in cutscenes he also is with you on some of the missions and you can spawn him using a ped spawn tool. NOTE: Unnamed characters don't count. HolyGrenadeFrenzy Posted February 27, 2007 Share Posted February 27, 2007 (edited) Swat With the water gun Problem is using the guide given by System Error for Bulletproof and other cars this vehicle is obtainable and savable without cheats......so there is a flaw in thinking it is unobtainable without cheats or a cheating device.....I have one and I don't use cheats or even own a cheating device. Thus the SWAT Tank is obtainable and should not be on the list! This is a fact. Check System Error's page off game faqs then try it yourself.....Hell you can aquire it during mission and drive it and use it to break the door open on Smokes hideout in The End of the Line.
