Yeah, it's pretty sad, he calls it Clam Juice or something like that. It pisses me off. TNA f*cking sucks right now, they also copied MITB. They're also like WWE's recycle bin. Mostly every wrestler that WWE fires or leave, TNA pick 'em right up.

I saw Bruno Sammartino make a cameo in the Pittsburgh Opera's production of Aida today. I am not making this up. As soon as he appeared on stage, he got a big round of applause, which is surreal. I mean, opera fans clapping for a professional wrestler? (Then again, he ia a Pittsburgh legend.)

I know this is in the past but that Undertaker/Kane match was so insanly scripted that is was gay. I mean sure i can take them both doing the double chokeslam and double tombstone but then when they walked up the ramp, both looked back at the same time and then both held up their titles, that was just stupid. I mean, Kane never does that sort of thing, its always Undertaker and they are just making Kane copy him. They should've done individual things once they had pulverised Edge and Chavo.

No one knows, as of now. I wasn't really that impressed by his performance.

 

I don't know about you. But I'm really starting to like Elijah Burke. Always liked him. Just didn't like the way they used him as a heel all the time. I really like his style/attitude. And his moves are amazing.

 

Best of all, he respects Flair!

 

On WWE.com. He said he was only pissed in the ring, because of Flair leaving...

Imo, Burke and Shelton should team up. I really like their styles.

Bret Hart Speaks On WWE Return, Steve Austin, Big Show, More

 

Bret Hart recently sat down with the UK’s Sun and talked about his appearance on WWE RAW’s Vince McMahon Appreciation night a while back, saying "I guess I wanted to show that I could bury the hatchet, that I could have some fun with it. I think at the time I was trying to get permission from the WWE for some pictures to use in my book. I thought that if I didn’t do it or if I don’t show that I’m not going to co-operate I might not get them. I thought I could have some fun with it and not take it too seriously […] I was in a good place, I’ve got my life here in Hawaii."

 

On the possibility of returning to WWE TV again for some sort of special episode of RAW: "I always tell them they can always ask. There’s no harm in asking. If I thought I could have fun with it, my whole attitude is ‘can I have fun with it’, you know?"

 

Hart comments on people he wishes he could have wrestled, saying "I really like Kurt Angle. He’s the kind of guy I really wish I could have worked with. I would have loved to have worked with Rey Mysterio, would have loved to work with Big Show."

 

The Hitman also said that the WrestleMania 13 climax of his legendary feud with Stone Cold Steve Austin was a defining moment in both men’s careers. "We were both great storytellers, telling the story so well. You can look at the emotion, the physical reality of that match. I always compare wrestling to figure skating, you pick each other up, throw each other around. Steve Austin and I just worked really well together, really complimented one another."

Diva Loses $15,000 In Jewlery, Flair Is Hip Hop, & More

She was late for her flight and airline employees insisted she put her carry-on bag with her other luggage, and when she landed in Boston the bag with the jewelry was nowhere to be seen.

 

-- Jesse Ventura's media tour continued on The World Famous Final Hour Free-For-All on the Sean Hannity Show yesterday. Ventura discussed his theory on the 9/11 attacks (he's a government conspiracy supporter). He basically only came on the air to promote his new book Don't Start the Revolution Without Me. WWE Diva Advised Not To Enter The Ring Again

 

- It appears that WWE Diva Torrie Wilson's days as a WWE Women's wrestler are numbered as surgeons advised her not to get into the ring again. She left a message to her MySpace readers:

 

"My health is doing ok as far as back problems. I must say there are days that I wake up and ask myself why the heck I put my body through what I did the last few years but it's all worth it. I can never trade all of the awesome experiences that I have had in the WWE and of course all of the great lifelong friends that I have made along the way. I have been told by 2 back surgeons that I should never set foot in a wrestling ring again if I want to be moving around in a few years on my own. Pretty depressing if you ask me....I don't even have some awesome memory of what my last match even was or who it was with. Hopefully it was with Victoria and I beat her! (-: I guess everything happens for a reason for sure."

 

Although she is out-of-action she was of course in attendance at WrestleMania XXIV. With her Florida residence the commute was definitely not far for her. Aside from not being able to wrestle she is still making WWE-related public appearances which includes a week in Japan the week of April 17 - 24 to promote the company. She is also working on her own clothing line so there is no shortage when it comes to things to do.

WWE invites Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to RAW

 

Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama — Get in the ring.

 

That’s the challenge from WWE, which has issued an open invitation to the deadlocked Democrats to settle their differences “the American way — in a wrestling match.”

 

Seriously.

 

World Wrestling Entertainment aired the video invitation Tuesday, calling for a bona fide smackdown on Monday night RAW April 21.

 

“What we’re trying to do is provide both Senator Clinton and Senator Obama an opportunity to speak to more than 8 million viewers of our program … which is the night before the Pennsylvania primary,” WWE spokesman Gary Davis told FOXNews.com.

 

What exactly the world of professional wrestling expects Clinton and Obama to do in that ring is unclear.

 

The announcer in the ad, now on the WWE Web site, declares, “Forget about who’s better prepared when the phone rings at 3 a.m., and find out who’s better when the bell rings.”

 

So what? An arm wrestling match? A very aggressive debate? A cage fighting tournament?

 

“I think the invitation itself is self-explanatory,” Davis said. “Get into the ring and resolve their differences.”

 

The professional wrestling sector has been relatively quiet on the political front ever since “Nature Boy” Ric Flair stopped tag teaming with Mike Huckabee. But Davis said all the while WWE has had an aggressive “SmackDown Your Vote” program to get young voters registered.

 

Davis said WWE is still in talks with both candidates over the proposed match.

The first interview of the Smackdown! vs. Raw 2009 video game was released at the beginning of April. No release date has been confirmed, although it is expected to be released between July and October 2008. You can read the latest on it, view videos, pictures and more HERE.

 

I am so stoked for SVR09! THQ keeps outdoing themselves with new unique features. The graphics are amazing once again to make everything as realistic as can be. The sooner the release, the better.

Meh. It's okay. But I just dislike that it's taped. The quality looks pretty sh*tty. Which makes it less likable.

 

They have some pretty big stars in it too. Like Undertaker/Edge, for example. They just don't use them as good as they do with the RAW stars. Rey really needs to come back though. I miss the guy, and his amazing talents.
