For those who havent already seen it, heres what happened after Raw went off the air.

EDIT: Damn Video got taken down already.

Anyone who didn't see it, it was straight after Raw went off the air it had the Undertaker coming down to the ring and embracing Flair before getting down on one knee before him. Vince then came down to the ring and raised Flairs arm up in the air. Was a good video shame it's been taken down.

I'm glad I saw before I it was gone. They should have kept that on the air.

Is there anyway we can still get the video?

Man, I miss Ric Flair already what a legend he is.

I'm from Flair Country, by the way.

Its great that he went out on the grandest stage in pro wrestling, in my opinion.

Notice how the whole thing was recorded by WWE cameramen. I don't think the WWE wants a bootleg going around when the official version will be released sometime soon.

Vanilla Shake

It'll probably be released on the next Flair DVD, and perhaps the WrestleMania DVD, as an extra.

Yeah but that dumbass didn't even know how to record. He kept moving the f*cking video camera all around. Or was it a phone?

Hopefully WWE will show it on their homepage.

Mayweather's WWE Future:

Floyd Mayweather Jr’s run with WWE is now considered to be done, but it ended on great terms. Guys in the locker room thought he was humble and respectful, contrary to his reputation. He took a lot of time posing for pictures with wrestlers backstage at WrestleMAnia 24 on Sunday, and took the whole experience very seriously. More than one person in the company has stated that he was the best celebrity or athlete the company has ever worked with.

Big Show got along well with Mayweather, but it’s said that he wasn’t particularly fond of some of his friends and bodyguards. Show thought Mayweather was very levelheaded for a person who made as much money as he has at such a young age.

WWE officials are said to be open to the idea of working with Floyd again, but there’s nothing planned right now. Next on the agenda for Mayweather is fighting Oscar De La Hoya in September. It’s possible that WWE and Mayweather will do some sort of cross-promotion for any of his upcoming fights, but there’s no indication that he will be returning to the wrestling ring anytime soon.

- It was announced at last night's SmackDown taping from Miami, Florida that there will be two WrestleMania rematches at Backlash. Chavo Guerrero will face Kane for the ECW Championship and Edge will challenge The Undertaker for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

- MTV.com has a new article online on the upcoming Get Smart film starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Steve Carell, and Anne Hataway. The Great Khali also has a role in the film. Steve Carell commented in the article on meeting Khali by saying, "Literally, you shake his hand and you are shaking the inner part of his palm. He could put his hand over your entire head and crush you. He's a very sweet guy, but he did not speak English really well. I don't even know if he was completely aware that he was doing a movie."

- WWE is releasing a new Boogey Man teddy bear soon, which may be an indication that he could be on his way back. He has been out with a torn calf.

Steve Austin arrived in Orlando last Thursday and hung out with friends from WWE & TNA throughout the weekend. He then attended the Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday and had an open invitation to attend WrestleMania 24 in the luxury box with the McMahon family, Kevin Nash and others, but he declined. Austin chose to fly home so he could watch the show from the comfort of his living room and was looking forward to the match between Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels.

Austin wanted to enjoy the show, especially Flair vs. Michaels, without being distracted. He told friends that it’s hard to enjoy shows he attends in-person because so many people want to talk to him.

TNA Mobile sent out an alert to subscribers today to announce that some scenes were filmed for Kurt Angle’s upcoming reality/documentary style project in Orlando over the weekened. PWTorch.com reports that a film crew followed Angle into the TGI Friday’s restaurant in Orlando where wrestlers from both WWE and TNA were hanging out before WrestleMania 24.

Some WWE wrestlers starting panicking and flipping out because they didn’t want to be show on camera with TNA guys, especially after Robbie from the Highlanders was sent home after being shown on Impact. The fact that Kurt Angle didn't leave WWE on good terms certainly didn't ease their minds either.

TNA also sent out a text message saying that Lockdown is on track to be their largest attended show in company history.

-- Floyd Mayweather has won over pretty much everyone within WWE who was originally against bringing him in with his enthusiasm and excitement at WrestleMania. Although it took a lot of work to get the final match that everyone saw at ’Mania, most within the company feel it was all worth it. Mayweather was really pumped up when he got backstage after his match and said he wants to do it again. The only strike against Floyd within WWE is that his entourage eats more of the catering than any other wrestler’s guests in history.

-- Jay Leno joked about WWE’s new slogan “The Power Is Back” on last night’s edition of The Tonight Show, saying that it was better than the first one they came up with, “Faker Than A Hooker’s Orgasm.”

-- Jason Powell reports that Jeff and Matt Hardy were originally scheduled to induct The Brisco Brothers into the Hall of Fame but those plans were scrapped when Jeff was suspended.

I hope the brothers of destruction retain at Backlash. It'd be so gay if it was really short lived and they made Chavo get the ECW championship back. I dont really need to comment of 'taker, he will, of course, retain.

I also hope RKO loses his championship to someone, i dont really care who, MVP too, they have both held theirs for too long and a change of hands is in order.

Does anyone know when Jeff is scheduled to return?

No, all of the gangs have the busted stars now for some reason. And lots of gang members are putting busted in their member title to add to the joke.

MVP needs to continue the US Title Feud with Matt Hardy for a short while and then eventually drop it to him. From there MVP should definately be moved towards a world title feud. MVP is the goods.

Agree'd on Kane, if it was up to me he'd have a decent Major World Title run but still seeing him with any title is better then nothing.

Huge Update On Heat Between Rock & Austin, More

Credit: ProWrestling.net

There is definitely some friction between Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and WWE right now, both with management and some top wrestlers. John Cena touched on the issue during an interview recently published in the UK Sun where he questioned why Rock couldn’t attend more WWE events.

Rock has rejected WWE’s invitations to several events since he left the company for Hollywood, and this doesn’t sit well with Cena, Vince McMahon, Triple H and Steve Austin just to name a few. These guys feel that Rock could domore to payback the company and the fans that helped him become a star.

There are also a number of people within the company who sympathize with Rock’s situation though, as he’s become a hot name in Hollywood and is being advised to distance himself from pro wrestling. Rock makes a ton more money with movies than he could with wrestling, and obviously wants to do what will take care of his family.

In Austin’s case, it’s said that he wishes he was in the physical condition to continue wrestling, so it’s hard for him to understand why a guy like Rock wouldn’t want to do more in wrestling. Austin’s lengthy list of injuries likely won’t allow him to wrestle another full-length match. Rock and Austin haven’t stayed in touch with each other over the last few years and there was reportedly some friction between the two at the Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday night.

Most of Rock’s defenders in WWE say that people are jealous of his success and are just hating on him, but seem to think that the situation with Austin is about much more than jealously. Austin is said to recognize the fact that Rock is doing great with his acting career, and that it could mean more opportunities for more wrestlers in Hollywood.

One source within WWE mentioned Rock returning to the ring at WrestleMania 25, but said that the chances of it happening are far less than 50/50 if for no other reson than his busy filming schedule.

WM25? Uhh...thats a long time from now. But it's better than never. I doubt it'll even happen though.

Honestly, The Rock doesn't owe WWE anything at all.

He has the freedom to do whatever he pleases, and the argument that "Well they made him a star" is foolish.

Sounds like the disgruntled parties need to mind their own damn business, really.

I agree with you there. He's an excellent wrestler, and one of ECW's top talents. They put him in the title picture for a couple of months but then, I don't know what happened.

Also my favorite superstar right now is Shelton. He made a great decision moving to ECW. He's got the moves, he's got the attitude, and he's got the hair. biggrin.gif Plus he has a catchy nickname, The Gold Standard.

I was actually impressed with Flair, for the first time in my life. He put everything into that match, and you could tell, and Shawn was knackered by the end of it too. It was a brilliant last match for him, even the storybook ending.

At work last night, some kid bought a John Cena wrestling toy, and I questioned him on it, and asked if he would prefer a Randy Orton toy. He just looked at me.

Yea i was just as stunned as anyone to see RKO retain.

I'm not looking forward to a JBL feud though. He's a funny commentator but a boring wrestler.

Possible feud between Shaun Michaels and Batista anyone?

Jericho deserves the title in my opinion.

I watched SD yesterday. Shawn and Dave were arguing about Ric's retirement. Expect them to have a match at Backlash.

Hey, did anyone catch TNA recently? I just decided to flick to the re-run that's going on right now, it was a interview with that Awsome Kong lady and the other lady dressed in Muslim-style clothes. (Can't pronounce her name.) Anyway, as soon as I saw her I, for some reason, got the urge that she was Melina lol. Pretty weird indeed. I wonder who it is? Maybe just someone new.

I happened to catch some of TNA as well.

And sorry to say this but TNA is by far the worst wrestling company ever made. You should of seen that "Shark Boy" imitate everything Stone Cold used to do in WWE. It's pretty sad. Not only that. But they copied the Money in the Bank thing that WWE created.

Anyways. Capricornus, I didn't see the interview. So I wouldn't know sh*t.

Yeah TNA is being pretty crappy right now. I just decided to turn to it because nothing else is on. I am surprised that WWE hasn't jumped out them about that yet. And then this "Black Macheesmo" guy is a sad rip off of Macho Man Randy Savage. WTF is going on? I guess they feel they have to immatate the bigger company to get out there more.

And staying on this Sharkboy guy, this is my first time seeing him act like Austin. Give me a f*cking break. His music is similar to Austin's, he has the leather jacket with number saying 24:7 (3:16 spoof), the Shell Yeah crap, and the multi ring post celebration? What the f*ck.

Not only that. But they used to have this group like nWo. Which used to spray paint on people's back after they were down. I think they're still active in TNA. I'm not sure though.

But now, they are even making groups like Team Cage or whatever. With Sting. sarcasm.gif

WWE > UFC > TNA

E.D.I.T

Oh yeah. That Shark Boy guy, actually pours water in his mouth, like Stone Cold does with beer. Is TNA even noticing how sad they've become lately?

Yes, I felt disgusted almost when JBL confronted Orton and is getting little spots with him, he is not a top classic wrestler and be such a waste of my time to watch him in yet another main event. I hope it lasts as long as that thing with Matt Hardy on Raw.

Jericho will never get the bigtime due to Trip' eing on the script writing team. He's not a fan of him and which was why Jericho never got his conditional rematch after Armageddon, and then Jeff Hardy randomly got such that big push. Ways of the world.

I just watched that off air Raw clip with Undertaker and Vince. When Vince hugged him, I felt a tear. It's true, it's true.
