Bret's stayed in good physical shape for a guy nearly 60 so he's really had some bad luck with his health. Wish Bret the best in beating this prostate cancer just like he overcame his stroke back in 2002.

Pretty much, it's why I hate My Career mode because the voice acting and animations during the interviews are absolutely atrocious. It ruins the experience for me.

Speaking of The Undertaker I never really understood why they had to end his streak. I always pictured he was going to retire with it intact seeing as no one will ever have anything like that again. They basically flushed 20 odd years down the toilet.

That's current day WWE in a nutshell for you. Throwing sh*t at the wall just to see what sticks. They make fun of WCW and sing their own praises for the Attitude Era but instead of following the format that worked, they're repeating past mistakes that ended WCW.

 

There was not even a long-term plan for the end of the streak. Vince just decided one day it was gonna end and that was it.

 

And HBK showing up at WM is a given because he's been in every single one of them since WM19 (wrestling or not) except 30, for which he was still backstage and one of the only men who knew about the streak ending before it did. Not looking forward to the show at all, though. So many injuries and not a single "big match" is interesting in any shape or form. Reigns vs HHH is not a WM main event caliber match (actually, nothing involving Reigns is), Brock vs Bray sounds boring and a mismatch, Taker being wasted on Strauman is also as stupid as it can get. I just hope Brock does not end up jobbing to Bray, that would be a travesty.

Ending the streak was wrong IMO. But purely speaking as a fan I never wanted to see it end.

 

According to Jim Ross it was a very last minute (4 hours before the show) decision made in a meeting between Undertaker and Vince. It was made to get word of mouth buzzing in order to sell more wwe network subscriptions. Ross said if he was booking the Undertaker would have never lost at Wrestlemania

 

 

I really really hope that the undertakers last mania isn't wasted on Strowman

Admitedly I've only been watching it again for the last week or so, but even I can tell Strowman isn't a worthy opponent. It screams Undertaker vs The Giant Gonzalez from WrestleMania 9 all over again.

Have you tried doing stuff like getting purposefully DQ'd, bailing on matches and adding dirty moves to your moveset? If that doesn't do the trick I dunno what will.

HBK will be at Mania, if only to try and screw Reigns out the title, cause DX'n'sh*t.

 

Bigass McHugebeard, is wanted by Vince to face Taker, but there is talk that this may not actually happen as the latest rumour bubbling around (which does not surprise me one bit) is that good ol' Super Cena may actually be fit by the time things come around and they may pull off the Cena v Taker match that has long been touted to happen at a Mania. Which if it does may end up being Takers last match, so it may make sense to pull this one off this year in Takers backyard.

 

Getting back the Triple H v Reigns match, that looks to be happening, I wouldn't be surprised if it turns into a special guest spot fest, featuring Triple H, Roman Reigns, Vince, Steph, HBK, Dean Ambrose,The Rock (with maybe Ronda Rousey as well) and a returning Seth Rollins.

If there's a time for Cena to return early it's now, as for the Hunter vs Roman they need to add the stipuation that if Roman wins then the Authority is out of business, all the those interferences wouldn't make sense

Sure it would, that match isn't going to be great from a wrestling perspective so the interference would add drama and distract from the in ring action or lack thereof. Vince and HBK would be team Triple H and interfere physically. Steph would be his manager/escort/valet/whateverthef*ck while The Rock and Ambrose would be team Roman. Then Seth could return to screw over H in the final moments and build that feud into a Summerslam match when Rollins can fully work.

About earlier, I didn't mind the streak ending (I didn't even mind who did it, considering Brock had never lost to taker beforehand in a singles match) I just wished the match itself could've been better, and that they saved the "last fight" for wm32.
