Yeah, any chance Roman had at winning me as a fan just went out of the window. I remember John Cena doing a simular interview a while back stating that the haters "Dont understand the buisness".

 

In another interview, Roman said "Thats what haters do. They hate me because they hate their lifes"...

I agree with the first half, call me a hipster but I definitely enjoyed his days as a heel when he was carrying the Heavyweight championship.. I honestly enjoyed his character and cheered for the little guy throughout his entire run, even after that 18 second match against Sheamus. Now it's just bad... I respect his talents and the progress he's made but at the same time I just wish this didn't change his character too much.

 

One can hope it won't always be like this.

This dude's gonna be a PR nightmare if he keeps saying dumb sh*t like this. Not going to be easy for people to get behind him when he's in essence saying to the fans "Your opinions don't matter.", I'm sure he wouldn't tell all the people that actually do like him that their opinions don't matter though. This guy just comes off as incredibly entitled and arrogant in that interview, which makes me like him even less than I already do, he's not entertaining on the mic and in the ring, he's getting a main event run over several more qualified and entertaining wrestlers AND he's an asshole? F*ck that.

At the end of the day, hes just a guy getting rich. Yeah, sounds like someone you want as the face of the company. I despise Cena but at least he never said stupid sh*t like that. He always emphasizes how much he loves the business. He never mentions money. That interview actually made me completely dislike Reigns now. I hope they make a major change to Mania

With Vince booking it, it's not going to happen. He's absolutely deadset on this Reigns mega-push. If anything, this'll just make some guys in the back not like him, but Vince could give a damn if he's an asshole, as long as Reigns continues to be his pretty boy babyface, he's pushing this dude to the moon.

Even more frustrating that in the end, Cena's participation in the title match was an afterthought as it became all about Rollins and Lesnar. Why does Orton always get the short end of the stick?
