WWE Defense Squad are the dirt worst. It's like there's nothing you can say to make them understand the unhappy point of view. If you complain, "you complain but still pay money", you cancel your Network subscription "you are childish marks", you are unhappy with the booking "your opinion is the minority", your internet opinion is overwhelmingly supported by the crowd, "wah wah you smarks ruin everything. stop watching!". Bunch of f*cking asshats.

^THIS^

I hate the whole "IWC" sh*t. That term and style of thinking was adopted back when the internet was used by like 1% of the people who are using it now. Everyone's on the internet and it's even more ironic that people are on the damn internet making fun of people in the "INTERNET Wrestling Community". Now it's just a term for someone who doesn't ride WWE's and Vince's dick all day or as an insult for someone who doesn't share your opinion. It would make a tiny bit of sense if it was just a term for people who complain on the internet but don't go to shows, but by the reaction Reigns got by the crowd, it's obvious that there are plenty of WWE's paying customers that don't like this bum.

^THIS^

Oh and another thing. I legit wanna strangle all the morons who say "You were cheering Roman Reigns last year and were angry because he didn't win". Like, you have to be completely retarded to actually believe that nonsense. He only got cheered as the alternative to Batista and the anger was due to Bryan not even being in the Rumble.

^and THIS!!!^

^^ lol. This is the same network that crashed due to people canceling their subscriptions and got #CancelWWENetwork trending worldwide for 12 hours straight.

EDIT: I also forgot to add that It probably doesnt count the cancelations until the rest of their month is up so i can expect a bit of a customer drop by WWEFastlane.

The Networks subs are as at 31 December 2014, so don't take into consideration the UK and Ireland subs yet, or the supposed swathes of Network cancellations... which never really happened as much as the press coverage of it would have you believe. The rumored estimate as a direct response to the Rumble is though to be in the low single figure thousands, circa 1,000-2,000 subs, the crash on the site was due to technical issues which also affected the MLB streaming service which WWE piggy back off.

The estimate for 31 January 2015, looks to top 1.1 - 1.3 Million after including the initial UK and Ireland figures, however this won't be reported on as they would only be reporting on the Network subs at the next financial quarter. The reporting of this figure was because the the Network topped the fabled 1 Million mark and also to add a little positive news from WWE after the Rumble backlash.

I'm seeing this Stephanie vs AJ stuff going around, and don't mean to offend any Reigns fans, but that genuinely excites me more than Reigns V Lesnar. The personality clash is far greater and AJ is the dolph ziggler of divas (da best)

Also after watching the rumble, is Bubba Ray going to stick around for a while? And for some reason I'd love to see Daniel Bryan and Tyson Kidd feud.

Umm.... So at Fast Lane.... Rusev is not only facing Cena but his United States title is on the line

So Rusev vs John Cena for the United States Championship, What????

According to Wikipedia anyway

Tyson and Bryan have already gone for it, from the now defunct Saturday Morning Slam (love the pinning block that Bryan does)

As for Bubba, yes apparently he's sticking around, he's got some indie dates he's finishing up then he'll be headed to do some stuff in WWE. As for Rusev v Cena, the title hasn't been confirmed as yet,

The polar opposite of this year's Rumble ending

1998 is probably my favourite Royal Rumble. It's like the beggining of everything good that was to come over the next few years.

The Rumble in 1998 was pretty average but at least they listened to their audience at the time. If it was today's WWE, they would have had that Rumble won by an unover Jarrett or someone green like HHH.

Has there ever been a Rumble that resulted in such a negative response outside of the last two years? I sure as hell can't remember it. Not counting 1999 which was legit heel heat and led to a good storyline. When heels have won in the past such as Flair in 92 and Orton in 09, the response has been good. Even Del Rio simply drew no reaction rather than having the arena chanting "Bullsh*t". This year's Rumble easily belongs in the last spot for the worst Rumble ever. At this point, after 25 or however many years since starting the tradition, there's simply no excuse for a match to be this bad and I'm not even talking about the winner. There was simply no excitement in the match whatsoever.

That "2004 Never Forget" sign hit me right in the feels because Benoit won the Rumble that year in the same arena on the same day 11 years earlier.

Yeah. The eliminations of Ambrose, Ziggler, Bryan and Wyatt all had just no drama or excitement to them, they either just got dumped out without putting up a fight to Kane and/or Big Show of all people (Really?) or got knocked out just out of the blue like Bryan did.

2004's my all time favorite Rumble. Of course, strangely no one actually won it so they just had to have Shawn Michaels vs Triple H wrestle in a rematch to main event Mania.

So what, did HHH tap out to nothing

Yeah. Then the title randomly disappeared for 4 months, then Randy Orton found it in the ring at Summerslam in Toronto. Very strange occurrence.

Reports have it that Dolph Ziggler has been politicking for a match at Wrestlemania against Daniel Bryan, what makes this more awesome news... WWE want it as well.

If that happens, give the IC strap back to Ziggler and let those guys bring the credibility that's lost from the belt. That on paper already looks like the match of the night.

To me it would be the Steamboat/Savage match of this generation if it goes as well as it should do.

Exactly and it would put the main event to shame and make Reigns and Lesnar look terrible. If they won't let Bryan have the WWE title, give him the IC belt and let him become one of those legendary Intercontinental champions. Do something with it like Shinsuke Nakamura is doing with the IC belt in New Japan. That belt is almost as important if not more important than the IWGP world heavyweight championship.

That match would actually make Wrestlemania watchable. Hopefully they pull the trigger on the match, they'd tear the Goddamn house down.

It would instantly be up in that group of excellent IC championship matches.

Book the match where Ziggler squashes BNB for the IC belt now and let's build this thing up.
