Kane doesn't want pushes, but instead wants to put others over - he has always been that way. I mean he still gets mini pushes, like that embrace the hate segment, but you know that was done simply because it would work. I mean Cena can hide it all he wants, but deep down he's sick of being boo'd. Kane doesn't have to go anywhere. He's not taking anything away from anyone, especially the younger talent. Give him credit that he's still doing matches and ya know, being around. Which is more than we can say for some of our favorites that only show up for certain events and then disappear for months/years.

The reason Kane doesn't want to to do pushes is quite admirable to be honest, in that he's had chances to have very long runs with the WWE Title, but has rejected them. The reason is that being the WWE Title holder, either being face or heel, means you end up having to do a lot more press work, promotions, radio spots, TV spots and all the promotional work in between and Kane doesn't want to do that as he wants to spend that precious spare time with his family instead.

I'm watching the newst NXT and they had a Kevin Steen promo that got me legitimately excited for his debut. So far so good.

Hopefully WWE will upload it onto their YouTube. I'm interested in seeing how they book him and if they give him a corny gimmick or if he's taken seriously.

From the looks of this promo it doesn't look like they're going to go the corny route. He was in shadows telling people to fight him and that he was the future which is a good sign. It's when he gets to the main roster that worries me. Now I just hope by a miracle they let him keep the package piledriver and if not give him a finisher just as awesome.

 

 

This dude is my new favorite current wrestler. I recommend you check his matches out. He throws knees like a champ and has an awesome gimmick as well. He also faced Brock Lesnar at some point which I need to check out.
