That was a weak match, only thing that had me out of my seat was the fire spot.. which turned out to go wrong (what a surprise, superman's sidekick strikes again)

 

PPV was actually good compared to Mania,only matches that were meh were basically R Truth's and the final one, Paige was alright.. as much hate as I'll probably get from this post keep in mind.. I don't like Bryan anymore as much as I did before his huge push( enjoyed his Heavyweight run better than this one)

 

7/10 for me

That flaming table spot was a shocker. They needed to do it a little quicker, since the fire will fizzle out VERY quickly. Which is why the Edge vs Foley spear spot was the perfect flaming table spot with how fast it was. Either way, VERY badass moment in the PG Era. I thought the match was pretty damn good all in all. Not super technical, but it was a good Extreme Rules brawl from what we usually get in a PG Era Street Fight/Extreme Rules match. Hopefully Bryan's next title defense will focus on a more technical style, since it'd be a shame to have such a good technician not be able to show off his skills.

 

Surprisingly good show tonight, besides the bad Cena vs Wyatt rematch with the horrid booking, not much to complain about.

... Again, he's a marketing tool for attracting kids to the show, nothing more, nothing less. And when you're attracting kids to the show you've got to do a little of the morality thing in the storylines to keep the parents happy, after all middle America is huge demographic that WWE will tap to attract viewers, sell merchandise etc, so you need someone in that position to do that. When you look at the financials between Hogan and Cena, yes we had the critically acclaimed Attitude Era, but the finances were weak,

 

Anywho not seen the show yet, obviously but I'm getting conflicting reports as to how it went, some were saying to was awesome, so saying it was dreadful, some say the Cena/Wyatt match was good, some are p*ssing all over it. But from what I can gather the WeeLC match was supposed to be good.

If Cena took one clean loss, I don't think all the little kids are going to hate him all of the sudden. The kids didn't turn on Hogan when he jobbed to Warrior, I doubt a clean job per year will completely destroy Cena's character. And I really don't give a f*ck if the kids are making them money or not, I'm speaking for myself and whether or not I'm entertained or not.

According to rumours Batista was set to face Bryan at Payback and lose, but Dave didn't want to lose again to a little man like Bryan, so he decided to take a break sooner.

I really hope that Roman faces Bryan at the next PPV.

Extreme Rules was much better than I thought it was going to be. I dont think there where any bad matches but the Rusev match didn't really interest me so that was probably the weakest part of the show. Every other match was decent/good with the best probably being Sheild v Evolution.

If kids don't get what clean and dirty loses are then why can't they give us a clean win? Also, I do focus on other storylines, but at the end of the day, they built this match up more than Kane vs Daniel Bryan and gave them quite a lot of time in the ring. Not to mention, according to a WWE Creative Writer, Stone Cold sold the most merch for the company EVER. His top year was quite a bit more profitable than either Hogan or Cena. Either way, I cannot wait until Cena finally retires and gets his stale ass out of the way.

 

Anyways, off my Cena ranting sh*t. Any clue when they'll be releasing a trailer for the WWE 2k15 game? I'm wondering how the graphics will look on the next gen consoles.

WWE added all 35 of the Clash Of Champions events to the WWE Network today. Needless to say, the first thing I went back and rewatched from the Clash of Champions shows, The Shockmaster debut.
