I agree, imagine if they showed that match before the main event it would totally bring down the momentum. Seriously though, Brodus Clay last year at WrestleMania was pretty much a joke in my opinion.

I would have rather the mixed tag team match be the main event then John Cena vs The Rock be on the card. I'm never watching WWE again until PG is over or Cena turns heel/leaves.

WM.... What the f*ck did I just see last night? Every match was less then 15 minutes, both Paul Heyman guys lost, Brock to be a bitch as with HBK, Triple H had to come back and bury him and kill all the heat he was getting, no heel/face turns, Ziggie didn't cash in (why? wtf) and JOHN f*ckING CENA IS WWE CHAMPION!

 

I'd be lying if I said I said I'd quit watching WWE, but I'm pretty damn close, and with Cena getting his moment agian, agian and agian, the product will be a lot harder to watch. Damn.

 

Oh, and damn you Hunter and your family connections!!!!! I hate you! Keep coming and because more talent has to be buried! Really? a scruffy 43-year-old man beats a former UFC champion?

I'm done watching stuff live, anyone who's tired of this f*cking bullsh*t I recommend just waiting till Raw's over, read what's good and what's not and watch what you're interested in on a site like DailyMotion or YouTube (As long as it's not from WWE's YT page) so they won't get any ratings from us until they stop this stale, pg, uninteresting, boring, predictable bullsh*t.

 

Also, I highly recommend checking TNA out, they really are getting better after firing Vince Russo.

Matches, results, disappointing. Except for the IC Title match, HHH vs. Lesnar, and Taker vs. Punk.  Well there you have it. Another WrestleMania in the books ... the road to WM30 starts NOW !

Not seen the whole show yet, but I am seriously pissed off for Ryback, he's been screwed in nearly every PPV he's been in... I'll be happy if they continue this till the next Royal Rumble and he comes in at number 1 and eliminates everyone and wins it... not that it will happen, but I'm serious;y pissed with WWE for screwing him again.

Wouldn't say we was screwed, he picked up Henry twice and successfully Shell Shocked him the second time. This is a win in my books, the moment everyone wanted to see if he can lift him. This made up for all the botches in the past with all the people say "He was weak' or 'He couldn't lift Haymen'.

Agreed, it was rather weak. Granted I've never watched any of the past Wrestlemanias (I've read up on them) considering I've just started watching WWE, but this was very predictable and stale. Also, I completely skip any match John Cena features in.

 

Also, was this like the sixth Sheamus, Orton, ?? vs. The Shield match we've seen so far this year?

I'm pretty much in the same camp. I liked 2 matches. Punk and Taker or HHH and Lesnar. I thought every match was short, very short.

 

Disappointed in the Ryback match, he's better than that.

 

I liked the opening of Team Hell no/ Ziggler and Big E's match, one of the better matches of the night.

 

I only liked the Del Rio/Swagger match when it went back and forth from the Patriot lock to the arm breaker

 

Shield Match was the one I felt was conned by being short. Lots of talent in that ring and it all got wasted.

 

Jericho and fandango was meh to me, but I loved seeing a lionsault again, even if he missed completely.

 

Taker vs Punk wins for entrances alone. Cult of Personaility is one of my favorite songs so having Living Color actually perform it was awesome. as was the 'souls' clamoring at Takers feet. Best match of the night. Seeing Punk use Takers move(i won't say which one, for people who haven't seen it) was amazing.

 

HHH and Lesnar started boring with Brock going around like a steroided monkey, got interesting about when the steps got introduced.

 

Cens and Rock - very unexciting. Just like last year. Ended with a boring Finisher-o-Rama. and wow Cena botched the Rock Bottom.

Uh-oh... the deification is hitting the oscillation at Raw tonight, apparently The Rock is supposed to be there and cutting a promo about last night, which causes Lesnar to come out and this sets up a match for Wrestlemania 30... and here is where the deification hits the oscillation, The Rock has apparently p*ssed off back to LA

 

Now this could either be true or a good work by WWE, but if it is true then The Rock isn't gaining any friends.

I understand that, but I meant more of how he landed. IMO it looks 10x better when Rock falls with his opponent. Cena just fell to his knees.

They've probably been using Jimmy Uso in a bald wig, then when he's teaming with Jey they stick a goatee on him... they've got the same tattoo's so he could pull it off...

Yeah that's the thing, we have seen how much Cena has been pushed and how repetitive the story lines are getting. Who knows what will happen on RAW with Cena the day after WrestleMania and who he will feud with next.

Didn't watch Mania last night, but got the results online. I am not surprised with the outcomes other than the Mark Henry v Ryback one.

 

So I see that they are using this whole "Rock is injured" sh*t to act as a reason for him no showing Raw tonight. I cannot wait to see what the real reason is. Or maybe that is a legit reason.

So I haven't consistently kept up with wrestling in about two or three years, and recently I just started watching some of my favorite old matches online out of some nostalgia. I decided to watch last week's Raw and Smackdown in prep for Wrestlemania, which I watched today. I don't know if I feel like diving back in yet or not. It's all been pretty average so far. The Taker/Punk and Lesnar/HHH were the only good matches on the WM card, although I'd say the Jericho/Fandango match was decent. I guess I'll give it a week or two to see if there's anything that really hooks me. I don't have cable, so I'll be a day or so behind on stuff as I wait for the shows to be uploaded.

Gotta give WWE creative props for this. I did NOT see that coming. Raw is definitely better than Mania, don't you think? Sad that Miz lost the title.

 

EDIT: Haha, best crowd ever ! Izod Center is amazing. HBK chants, boring chants, Mike Choida chants, JBL chants, RVD chants, damn, this is amazing.

 

EDIT2: HOLY SH*T CHANTS! We are awesome chatns, Thank You Big Show chants, One more chair chants, and a wave in the crowd. Damn, this crowd is crazy !

LMFAO yes this crowd is f*cking amazing and kick ass. They damn sure owned the Sheamus/Orton. I loved the RVD chants and what not. I live in NJ, makes me wish I bought a ticket. LMFAO at them humming Fandango's theme.
