I uploaded it on my photobucket account just save it from there and then set it as your wallpaper, hope that works man . There's no 3rd party stuff needed too. Just download,install and use. Does anyone know where I can get more themes like this one without the need for crap such as ThemeXP? You don't need "crap such as ThemeXP" to install new unoriginal themes. You just need to fool Windows into thinking that the themes you are installing are 'legal'. You can do that with a so-called UXTheme.dll patch. Search Google. It's very easy to install, and will let you stick any visual styles you download into the Windows\Resources\Themes folder. Its the REAL thing,not just some theme.I bought a compaq presterio with 222ram and a installed windows vista ultimate.Its slow on games.Oh and that macromedia flash pro 8, its the full version. i dont have gta san andreas on it because i dont have a DVD-ROM drive.It explains why when i put my gta:sa disk into my compact drive and nothing happens and it says theres no disk in it.
