Nice. I personally like the built in non flashy dock.

 

 

 

 

To try it go into terminal and type:

defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES; killall Dock

 

To turn back on the old dock just change "YES" to "NO". Remember everything is case sensitive to type it exactly as above.

@liek omg, I'm pretty sure Isarapix.com will let you upload much higher than that res, just depends on file size. I think I've gotten some 3120x1050 ones on there.
