Iggor Cavalera has a YouTube channel, and until today this seemed recommended.

 

I enjoy watching videos of Eloy Casagrande beating the sh*t out of the drums, and I like his style, but Iggor is still the f*cking king.

I'm impressed Alexi Laiho died too young. I think the same complications had Warrel Dane. 

 

I saw the news in the morning on Facebook and Samus66 preparing a tribute stream. I used to listen to COB a lot in high school, saw them in 2009, and I've been going through the albums again in the last few weeks, but I never expect this kind of news.

Alexi had clearly been very ill for quite some time- possibly something like liver failure due to his long-term alcoholism. A huge loss for metal.

I am not very involved in the personal life of musicians, so any kind of death comes as a surprise to me. I most ask them questions musically speaking on Facebook.

 

I saw that this band is part of the Cyberpunk soundtrack. I'm not interested in playing the game, but I love finding this band.

The video footage looks sick with the tank behind it, and there's still a Bolt Thrower flavor, too.

Currently going through maybe 200 albums that I wrote down throughout 2020 and I'm still finding more albums. Didn't really keep up with new releases in 2020, just kept on listening to the classics.

 

So far this is one of my absolute favorites. Right down my alley...

I thought these guys were dead.

The demo they did back in 2018 is sick, and this debut is not the exception with some good old death metal a la Bolt Thrower.

Another forgotten band from Finland and one of the very first Finnish Death Metal bands. The only album they did, but good.

 

Also, Timo Tolkki from Stratovarius was the producer of this album.
