Long time ive posted some work in here. I finaly started on something new again (Datsun Bluebird 310 knockoff). Its still a bit out of shape, and not smooth enough, but that'll change soon enough. Rough shaping done.

 

2 Hours of work.

 

Still need to do lots of things as you see. 5928 polygons till now (way too highpoly for the result, i know..).

Well, I guess it's a joy just to model for fun and then show off Your great models If You are good at it And of course there are competitions, and some people sell models (I'm not sure if it's even real money they use ). lol ghostown is over 1mill polys so why cant a car 140k polys be in the game

Actually, the low poly mesh of the body is only 3.2k polys

I'm not a polywaster mang, and I've learned to trust Turbosmooth to add polys where necessary

Nope, it should have a badass grill, lol. I cant find the right ballance between too boxy and too smiley.. I'm fixing the grill soon.

The way the head light arches on the fender turn upwards looks very Dr. Seuss-like to me.

 

Most cars would have it either go straight forward, or slighting downwards. The headlights themselves also look a tad bit too small, imo.
