i'm affraid i'll go crazy on details once again tho, might not be in-game friendly, but whatever, i'm doing this for the fun of modeling first

i need some help with my engine D:

 

i can't get any good pictures of a part on it, and the problem is that i dont know what it's called

it's between the manifold and the air filter, i dont know if this is the right place to ask, but i don't want to model it randomly guessing most of the shape of it . anyone knows what it's called ?

 

Edit: actually, nevermind ! it was the carburator. i'm such a noob when it comes to engines

I take it that's for the Landie, like most proper 4x4s, they have a setting for High, Normal or Low gear settings as well as a standard box. Makes getting up those hills a wee bit easier.

Quite off topic for here jp. But I'll say it anyways.

 

First, the wheels on the model should be roughly the size you want them to be in game. Also, make sure it's only 1 wheel model, linked under the wheel_rf_dummy (name it just wheel). Looks like you've done that ok though.

 

Then in the vehicles.ide file, go to the sentinel vehicle (or the vehicle you replaced) line, and near the end you'll see two numbers that are the same (eg, 0.87, 0.87) and make sure they're both under 1.0. Cars are usually around 0.7, +/- 0.1 or so. That should do it.

this cheetah was converted from gta3 by me and e-toxxs systems they did most of it like 89 percent but i just wanted to post their awesome work cuz i just converted it and i didint have enough time to put 3d engines and texture it but yea here are pics
