Mark 500 Posted February 16, 2007 Nice engine, enough details for me to spot the f*cking cap on the water that came off on ours and caused ours to die at some lights in town. Found it a mile up the road where my mate decided to thrash it lol.
[email protected] 7 Posted February 16, 2007 Hey guys, look what I got! It's a 59 Chevy.Oh yeah a 59! Palat gave me his render 59 to make this car and Pumbars gave me his Olds 88 to design the roof for this car.I used the models like a blueprint.so every poly is made by me! ...now on your knees! Picolini 17 Posted February 17, 2007 Here's the ferry ingame... it's all textured, but I don't really like it much, it's too bland. I used the metal textures from the aircraft carrier, but I think they don't contrast enough. I might just do some car color changeable scheme. Also, I took a texture from NikT's carrier mod, not sure if he made it or not. I edited and used it for the dash you can see here...
Blackadder. 6 Posted February 17, 2007 Looks very good! That's like your second scratch made vehicle isn't it? (3rd maybe...) First Boat?
Picolini 17 Posted February 17, 2007 I've made some other vehicles, some aircraft, 2 cars or so, none are finished. The one concept car I was showing off not too long ago is like near 100% done model wise. This is the first boat, yes. And first one to be almost completely 100% complete in game Glad you like it though
Blackadder. 6 Posted February 17, 2007 No Problemo, I wish I could model like that Ohwell, I'll learn one day Keep up the great work Anyone want a tut for this?

[email protected]!T 5 Posted February 17, 2007 Good? Bumper too big, do it to the old size, oval lamps replace the rectangular

You should just ditch the deck texture and add some details like life rings and some ropes here and there. Probably have a bunch of tyres overside for docking as well. How well deos it hold the cars on rough seas? Check out the tankers for better ship textures.
Picolini 17 Posted February 17, 2007 Will do pinky @Gadus, you can't expect to post 10 minute mods and them to be good. Can't you see for yourself the bumper is way too big and doesn't fit the car at all? Not to mention the untextured wheels, and the windscreen banner that's hanging off.... take some time on your stuff.
[email protected] 7 Posted February 17, 2007 some more chrome parts added. not much but its important.next big thing is interior and engine.it will be a 348ci V8 for Impala and smaller V8 for Bel-Air. Biscayne will have the unbreakable straight 6. I forgot to say that I am planning to make the cheaper versions Bel-Air and the lowest price Biscayne, too. 4 door is planned as well and Pumbars said he will do a Panel wagon version,so El Camino is possible. bjiz 0 Posted February 19, 2007 I looked it up...it isn't the best car and it's never ever going to be a classic... therefore, i think Toyota wants to let us know he desperately wants a good car on the driveway
Toyota 0 Posted February 20, 2007 Well I might purchase a 1993 - 1997 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo. That might be a classic.
Meeloh 300 Posted February 20, 2007 Well I might purchase a 1993 - 1997 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo. That might be a classic. And I might walk out into the middle of a busy street and pull a rabit out of my ass, that would be clasic too. But seriously, I'm not being serious. Just wanted to get a good laugh. I edited and used it for the dash you can see here All the textures used in the carrier came from the original carrier. The reason you'd never seen the textures from that back corner control room is because in the original game, that area has all of the lighting removed, so you cant see them without setting something on fire. With mine, I made it all prelit, coz I like all the models bright in game.
In Your Nightmares 0 Posted February 22, 2007 I got bored, and decided to jazz up the Bobcat out of SA. Ive done a complete convertible conversion so it would be a old school mini truck. Done a full molded bridge cover for the bed so you cant see nothing but still the air setup is there.
