Beautiful work Rich, Looks like it came straight out of GTAIV, Could potentially be a spinoff of the Stinger.

 

AOX - Ah the Fiat500, the most overmodeled car on the internet lol... Only because of that famous modeling tutorial which is put together rather neatly. Well done however. I might add that you could use some tightening on those door seams, they look a little smooth at the moment.

 

Puma - Of course it's a ZR-350

@Rich: Very very nice car man! Seriously.. Never heard about the damn thing, but as of now, i totally love it!

@Aoxsystems: Very very nice, it looks just like the real thing, it's almost perfect. Only the front looks a bit weird, but that could be me..

@Jason: Very nice aswell, but what car is it? designed it yourself? It looks like ... kind of like a mix of a Chevelle and a Mustang, and the Vigero from IV?... Nice work!

@Leik Oh em Jeez: Nice, but i think the rims are too big for the tires.. Tire size looks nice on that, but the rims are too big i think.. I like the rear lights, but the grille isn't really my thing..

I totally love that 787B racingcar.. Really.. Same for the VW Passat. They're PERFECT really..

 

Oh, yeah.. Totally forgot: I pretty much never ever posted on here. So ehm.. Hi.. xD Puma told me to post my models on here, cuz i would get more responds on it than on the Dutch forums..

I was working on a not-superbly accurate '78 Pontiac Firebird before, that was more like.. a '78 Firebird, but really sharp like the '84 ones...., but I wanted to finish this model for someone else first, cause I lost inspiration on the Firebird anyway...

Some explanation: The car itself is from Test Drive Unlimited, but I made it a pickup truck, created an engine, updated the interior, made the suspension etc. Galiorix(he's been on here aswell I think) started this project in 3dSMax, he stopped working, and asked me to finish it, in Zmodeler. I redesigned the rear bumper(so the pick up tailgate would open up properly), actually half the rear end aswell... SA style lights are in aswell.. Pretty much every centimeters of the car has been changed one way or another from the original sedan 300C.

It´s pretty much a Chrysler 300C UTE... Now don't burst out laughing, cause personally, I think our design looks just like how a 300C UTE could and would have looked like if it would've been real.

Anyway, here's pictures.. (I checked the first post if there's a maximum of pictures per post.. but there's none?.. If there is: I'm sorry..)

The bullbars design comes from a picture i found of a (real) 300C touring copcar in some weird country...

 

I know that's a lot of pictures, i'm sorry I'm just kinda proud of it..

 

I'm at 28500 something polygons... Still need to do the exhaust and the gearbox. Also.. Someone's probably gonna convert it to GTA IV, cause it's for San Andreas in the first place. Maybe I'm gonna convert it to IV myself, but I didn't even start putting mods in IV myself yet, so before I'm gonna mod it myself, i wanna know how IV works/how to put mods in it xD

The only thing I dont quite like is a missing small window behind both doors and the some black B-pillar which makes a pickup to a ute imo, like on the current Holden and Ford Utes, something that makes the cab more modern looking, not just a square window. But thats my taste so

Thanks all! I was thinking of that small window aswell, point is, the car is VERY long already, and if I want to put a window in that space, I'll have to stretch it even more... In real life the car would be like 5.5 meters long already so..

The Firebird/TransAm as requested, and the wires of the 300C pickup/UTE... The B-pillar is probably gonna be black, by the way.. The door-part of it, that is..

 

Firebird/Trans Am... The bird on the hood is going to change colors ingame, or at least, that's the idea.. Pictures:

 

I'll get it done some time.. Just needs an interior, but I don't like making them xD But it'll get done once.

@Mythbuster: Shorten the truckbed then, Im sure itll look much better if you have something that "closes" the windowarea and the chrome trim so it doesnt look like just cut off. Some centimeters should be enought already.

Hmm.. Well, the chrome trim isn't just cut off.. It ends the exact same way as the original chrome on the rear door ended, it curves up... Anyway, I don't know if I'm looking forward to changing the whole rear part of the cab again, as I've already completed the whole interior.. I personally think it looks good enough. I don't really think it's worth the extra work of changing the whole rear part of the cab... I might be almost done with a new window in there, only then realising it doesn't look any better. Maybe I'll try it, maybe not.. I'll work on it this evening for a bit more and post some progress. Don't know when/if I will change that window stuff..

 

By the way: If I shorten the truck bed even more, pretty much nothing would fit in it: I can hardly fit the Faggio in the back, the Sanchez fits.... without the front/rear wheel.. The Jetski from GTA VCS doesn't fit AT ALL.. So making it even smaller would be a waste, i think.

A M1A1 Abrams with Mine Plows , maybe a bit of inspiration from Brawl of Tranformers too ...

The all mesh had to be in the lowest polycount, optimized to take place on the fresh engine /PSP sytem .

The Jester is very plain; it lacks details. Put a few vents in the bumpers etc. The bumpers don't fit the side skirts imo.

 

Fred, very nice, lowpoly tank! Wanna see it textured Haven't got much to say about it, it's pretty perfect.

 

 

Small update of my Segway. When the vehicle turns, the wheels go through the chassis and the collision and handling don't go well together. Gotta fix these things. It's a Zmodeler screen btw.

You do seem to have a bit of normal problems on your rims, tho.

 

Are you going to fix the "F40" and Ferrari logos so they wouldn't have black space around them?
