Yet you CAN get the download and simply choose not to? Snow Andreas isn't our mod but the author would tell you the same anyway --> download the version that is DESIGNED for your PC... stop screwing yourself with an incompatible version. We can't fix something that isn't broken. What is stopping you from using the compatible version and modding it to include the new version's changes that you want? You. Your other option is to wait until there's a new release that IS compatible with your system. I'd choose the former if I were you. The concept behind this modification was the idea to change the whole map. It was more than a year from te first steps until the final version and it can be seen in many details. all the textures aren't just white but fotorealistic, which makes more deep optic. Most drive lanes have tracks, but it's not only one track, it is an overlay of many different profiles. Also small details like icicle were attached. The grip is global reduced at 30% for all for all vehicles and also those who may be installed afterwards. Of course there are some features you may miss. Do you have snowfall? No! I wasn't able to manipulated the game wheather and change the rain into snow. I also had no time to change all the NPC's. If these two tiny errors don't matter to you, than you should start your browser and download the mod. 2. About the install versions There are two different kinds of installing this mod. 2. 1. Installation with GAMI GAMI is our very own mod installer. This installer is able to choose every part of mods before you install them. GAMI gets his information from the GAMP data, which only contains data which were manipulated. Also GAMI is the only installer who automatically defrags the IMGs after applying changes. Accessorily GAMI comes with an GUI. Therein you can view the mod content and chose from the options before you install one of our mods. Note: GAMI only runs on latin OS. It doesn't support Cyrillic! 2.2. Installation with Win32 Installer This is the classy way to apply the modification. The installer copys whole files instead to change the parts which were modified. So, actually the downgrading is really crappy (well, atleast with me it is). Best thing to do is to "get a hold on" SA 1.00 US/EU. You should change the ice cream vendors to hot soup vendors, get rid of ice cream vans (because ice cream is for hot weather) and make pedestrians wear winter clothing and allow CJ to buy them and wear them.
