Hidden package not there

When i was playing LCS, i was using a map to find hidden packages in portland. This URL is the map that i was using:

Number 30 was not there. I am positive I didnt find it before. I am certain because i checked off each package i found and when i added it up it did not come out to 40. Instead, it came out to 39. There was even a picture to go with it, and it wasn't in that place. I really want the 100% finish game thingy and i also want to get the money generated at my safehouse. Please help me. Thanks.

I wish I could help more but am unable to load any IGN links currently.

 

I would suggest using some of the guide provided on gameFAQs as not only do they cover maps of each map, there is a directional guide for each package making locating each one easy.

 

There are 100 packages to find, the only time you’ll get a cash reward for finding them is when you reach 100, for which you’ll receive $50000. From 10-90 you’ll get weapons and armour.

If you really want to find all the packages and that one, I guess your only hope would be to go looking back on all the other places, make sure you have not forgot one, and be certain you haven't gotten it before.

 

You haven't really got a choice. The one you need would be on the building from my memory, behind a chimney/something else. If it's not there, I'm sorry.

You could try starting a new game and see if it's there.
